The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially Gwen. She helped us connect with a bus tour of the city and warmly remembered us when we returned, asking about our experience. Gwen exemplified excellent customer service. Thank you! The location of the hotel is also ideal for sightseeing. Central and walkable. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast buffet had many options and the food was good.

The furniture was dusty and the walls are a little thin. We could hear the people in the room next door. I received a text when we arrived asking if the room was ok. I reported the dust and they offered to remedy it but I had already wiped it down. They assured me they would let housekeeping know for future guests.

The area was wonderful and the overall convenience of where were were as well. The parking was confusing, but we lucked with our spot near the elevator and were able to move in and out with ease. We never drove and left the car there which to me was a perfect set up because traffic is crazy. This was my first Philadelphia experience and we had a great time and Philly is truly in my opinion so far a place I would like to go back to and really experience.

Don’t book this when there is an entire group of pre-teens from a cheerleading event breakfast will be impossible.

Requested for check in before time. They told me it's subject to availability. Reached by 2pm on 11th August. They had informed us our room is not ready. But they started allotting rooms to other guests as soon as they arrived. They asked us to show the whole 10 days payment amount and 50 USD security deposit in a single card during check in. We had to wait for more than 2 hours.

All the staff were amazing Nicola at check in was so pleasant and helped point my Mom and I to fun holiday things in the city we could enjoy together. Cynthia at checkout was great as well. The manager Caleb helped us when we had some issues with the parking garage staff and went above and beyond to make it better even though the parking garage staff aren't part of the hotel. Everything was fantastic, staff, housekeeping, hotel rooms, breakfast, location, cleanliness. The hotel was decorated beautifully for the holiday as well and I liked all the holidays were represented in the decor.

The hotel was centrally located to the different activities that we had planned. So it was easy to either walk or take an Uber. I absolutely loved the breakfast bar in the morning. They had a ton of options! The hotel staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was very clean.

My only complaint is the toilet paper. It was very thin and the rolls were small so we were constantly needing more toilet paper! Hahaha 🤣🤣🤣

The hotel is an older property and I'm not sure when it was last renovated. It is clean and the staff was helpful, but it does have an "older" feel to it. The HVAC system cycled on in quick and regularler succession which made adjusting the TV volume difficult. The "white" noise didn't bother me, but if you like the room quiet when you sleep I guess you do have the option of turning it off. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The shower water pressure and temperature was fabulous! I also liked the large containers of shampoo, condidtioner, body wash and lotion instead of those wasteful individual conatiners that are so bad in so many ways! The breakfast had lots of variety and the staff kept items well stocked during our meal.

The parking next to the hotel was convenient, but the ramp to the parking area was STEEP and had tight turns making accessing the parking area tight and challenging. The cost was $39/day. I was afraid my car would roll back and hit the car behind me as I drove up the ramp so give the car in front of you some room if you choose this hotel and park in the attached garage. The cars are stacked in a very tight spaces making getting your car out a challenge. Is marajuana legal in PA? Even if it is I do not believe parking attendants sould be allowed to smoke it when working as one appeared to have been doing when I went to get my car.

They offered an excellent breakfast that exceeded my expectations. The hot breakfast options were very tasty and fresh. The rooms were very clean. The room had a decent-sized fridge and microwave, which I wasn’t expecting. It turned out useful for us—a family with kids. Amazing staff—they were so helpful. We arrived well before check-in time, at 9:00 a.m., and the lady at the desk offered us to go get some rest in the breakfast room and have breakfast. Overall, it was a lovely stay. I would totally go back and stay in this hotel.

I liked the Breakfast, Room cleanness, and location. The staff are also very nice, helpful, and polite.

The Parking Garage. There was too much trouble with the Garage and Parking. The garage spaces for each car were smaller than standard, and cars should be parked behind each other. Because of this issue, people must deliver their car keys to the person in the garage. He should move the can if someone parked behind you wants to move his/her car.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. The entire staff was EXCELLENT! Our room had a good view and was very clean. Housekeeping always came around both days we were there to remove trash, replenish towels and make beds.

The walls were very thin. We could hear the guests on both sides of our room speaking clearly as if they were in the same room as we were. The refrigerator did not work properly so we had to throw out some food we had bought. The comforters on the bed could be updated and should fit the bed better. The mattress though was very comfortable.

The front desk staff and Caleb the manager were wonderful! They created a little treat bag for my daughter's birthday and were polite and helpful. The bathroom was a little outdated but the room was clean and comfortable. The location is very close to a SEPTA stop and many places are walkable.

Unbeknownst to us part of the Pride festival was literally outside the front door so the room cost was way more expensive because of the festivities. I would stay here again but not at that rate.
