Exceeded our expectations, overall 10/10. The cleanliness of the rooms, bathroom, gym and basically the entire facility was immaculate. The Room facilities, the security, and quietness, breakfast, free parking were some of the highlights. And they had the most comfortable beds. Breakfast area had great set up for dine in or to have back in your room. Would highly recommend.

There was a pet dog on the premises. We don’t mind dogs, but it’s not everyone’s up of tea. One patron became unsettled when the dog came in and around tables in the dining area during breakfast. Might be worth mentioning to customers in the case of a child or adult having allergies etc.. As mentioned, we would still highly recommend this accommodation.

The motel was situated a street back from the main road through town. Opposite the police station…. On arrival we noticed the cleanliness it was spotless and it smelt so clean too.. Room was great with a comfy but firm bed… The bathroom had a deep bath with a shower ..Perfect! Very friendly staff.. Continental breakfast was adequate choice of yogurts pots of fruit, cereals, bread, fruit bread, biscuits one wouldn’t starve it was self service … We were pleasantly surprised perfect place to have as a base..

The Motel was in a very quiet location. Within walking distance of the town with shops and pubs close by. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom and comfortable bed. The room was very clean. Breakfast was included which was serve yourself with cereals and toast with fruit cups. Tea and coffee and juice also. Parking was provided

There was nothing that I could fault this Motel for. We enjoyed our stay.

I was surprised at the size and the general comfort of our room, with many details thoughtfully planned. This was easily one of the most comfortable and pleasant experiences I’ve had within this price range. The bathroom and the room were spacious and pleasant with more beds than we’d anticipated, the motel had a complete gym, a swimming pool, cameras and security, reasonably fast internet, and the room had a spacious fridge and a microwave. As a seasoned traveler traveling with family, I couldn’t have asked for much more than this, although there was more than this (including entertainment). Might be slightly frugal for some, with the fridge not really serving as a minibar namely, but was perfect for me. High marks.

There were some minor issues, namely some neighbors getting loud in the morning. But nothing significant.

Everything! Room was lovely, great shower and hot, breakfast was just what we like, there was nothing that wasn't provided that we required. Even a hair "bubble" with the shower cap. Very comfortable bed and good pillows. Banksia was easy to locate and central to our needs.

We could have stayed longer!!

Room was spacious as was the Bathroom. Had direct access to lawns/gardens. Breakfast was extensive and varied. No complaints with the booking in process or external surroundings. Walking distance into the main street. Hotel provided very nice towels and toiletries. Bed was lovely.

No hanging hooks or bench in bathroom for our personal toiletries. Very minor concern only.

on arriving I was greeted by a very friendly staff member, the room was very spacious and was very clean. The next morning I went down for breakfast the choice was HUGE porridge, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, toast (fruit or white bread) and a wide range of jams and spreads plus tea, coffee and hot chocolate. I had a issue with my bedside lamp when I returned later to my room they had replace it for me.

I was watching TV one night and I got a screenshot of someone's phone screen then soccer started playing. I was able to swap over to normal TV though.

- Bed - although really clean - felt a bit lumpy with an uneven mattress - a coffee machine in the dining hall would be amazing!

Due to time constraints, we didn’t have breakfast in the dining room. There was a range of time that we could have used the facility so maybe next time. It was great that the option was there.

The water pressure for the toilet was very low and not efficient when flushing.

Our room was clean, specious and very pleasant. It had everything we needed and was serviced daily.

The hot water was a bit hit and miss. Sometimes it was barely lukewarm which was not ideal when we were experiencing very cold temperatures.
