we spent the best 5 days of our vacation in cap ouest. This penthouse has the best location in the entire complex and offers complete privacy in Flic en Flac with an absolutely perfect beach in front of the property. The private pool is the highlight of the entire accommodation. I will remember the sunsets on the terrace for the rest of my life. Every day the penthouse was cleaned and also the pool is maintained by the staff of the complex. It has never happened to me that I want to spend more time in accommodation than outside, but here I do. We were very sad to leave this accommodation and want to come back. We had our own car and this destination is perfect as a starting point for all trips if you don't want to be staying in several places. There are two smaller grocery stores near the accommodation, but if you want a larger selection, I recommend the Jumbo express store, about five minutes away by car. For dinner you must visit the Rib & Reef restaurant - 15 minutes walk from the accommodation. They have the best seafood plate. Once again many thanks for this unbeliavable accomodation and we will come back!

Location was Good, View and size was good. Cleanliness and kitchen equipment's were good. Behavior's of house keeper was very good. Staff was helpful.

1. Approach have no light so after evening approach road was dark. 2. It would had been good if at least drinking water would have provided on payment basis.

Loved the view and the freedom to enjoy the private balcony with easy access to the beach. perfect size for a family of four with two good bathrooms and comfortable beds.

Would have been good to have 4 sun loungers on the balcony.

We loved the location and view straight onto the beach. Amazing sunsets. The apartment was nicely furnished and comfortable and the lift made things easier for our son with variable mobility. Pamela was also lovely and very helpful, late checkout was much appreciated :) easy parking and close to shops

Small things. There could've been more mugs and glasses, not really enough for 6 people. BBQ igniter wasn't working and no matches to get it started but fortunately we made a plan.

We love each little thing about the penthouse. It has a stunning view of the ocean, Le Morne and the sunset. We are sure we will come back here. There are two bedrooms connected with two bathrooms we have been there with kids and it was really nice everybody had his own bathroom. The rooms are big, there are a big living room/kitchen + a very big terrace and a plunge pool. You can watch the sunset from the water. Really great! They have a grill on the terrace, we used it some days, it is a great idea, you can by prawns and fishes on the market and grill them on your terrace with a stunning view. The kitchen also very well prepared they have Nespresso machine, toast maker and contact grill as well. We like going to restaurants, but the penthouse was soo cool with such an amazing view that we staid at home half of the nights and cook diner at home. The nearby beach in the front of the property is perfect! No rock, no crowd, no big waves. Perfect! We really recommend to choose this apartment! We made a big search before our choose, and we are very happy with it.

It was beautifully furnished and it was clean.

The water pressure in shower was not the best.

Very spacious and modern penthouse apartment. We stayed in D5. Lots of privacy. Kind of sheltered from the wind. Bed, shower and rooms was very comfortable. The apartment is managed by a Lady (Pamela) who is very helpful, informative and friendly. Thanks for your help during our stay Private pool on the veranda was very nice. Not heated. Really nice views all day long. The big sliding doors leads out to an amazing veranda. Great place for family or friends. Loads of seating and loungers Even a washing machine in the apartment! Security on site Dedicated parking. Lovely beach with great snorkelling right in front of the property.

We had an issue with kitchen sink drainage smelling. Once reported, action was quickly taken on various options over a couple of days to resolve. Thanks for your efforts. Shared area pool downstairs missing a few tiles. This is a minor issue too be honest. Place is great! Think this is probably the management company that needs to resolve this. But from the standard of the apartment, they should get this sorted.

Great location on the beach and nice pool

Apartment was dated and had a number of broken/not working things. Ie showers were dodgy, broken blind, oven. Not enough kitchen equipment. No air con in living area
