We had a great stay at the Villa Welcome especially using the wellness facilities. Would definitely go again. The restaurants were great. Had a nice walk in the park and played mini-golf. It was very hot in the room (we didn't ask, but I should have asked for a fan if they had any). Breakfast was amazing. Buffet breakfast with so much choice (would of loved some fried mushrooms). It was a shame that the wellness and fitness only opened at 0900 which I thought was very late especially for the fitness suite.

First of all I would like you thank you. Not only good things happened on holidays and it's very importart how professional the hotel staff are and how they react in crisis situations. This time the SPA crew members passed the exam and practically saved my husband's life. We will never forget what you have done. Big, big THANK YOU! I would like to also thanks to the reception people, to make it easy and help me with everything. The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean, quaiet, well equipped and comfy. Variety of SPA facility and treatments was amazing (the chocolate wrap was memorable!) Hospitality on the top level. BRASSERIE MAUS KÄTTI offer delicious food and serves you with a smile and warmth. I recommend Villa Welcome and Mondorf domaine thermal from the bottom of my heart. 💜

Coins needed for solar lamps (I'm not sure how to call them properly) inside the wellness when all the rest is just added to your bill.

The breakfast was enjoyable, offering a good variety, and the amenities were clean and well-maintained. The real highlight of our stay was the wellness spa—definitely a must-try for anyone visiting!

We weren’t aware that the reception was located at the Mondorf Parc Hotel. There were no signs or information indicating this, which made our check-in process a bit confusing.

I like coming to Mondorf Wellness center and Villa Welcome which is a building separate from the 4 star hotel at a much better rate. You can enjoy all the good stuff (access to the multiple saunas and ceremonies, hot spring water pool inside and the bubble baths with great view outside) at only 50% of what you would pay for a room at the hotel.

The bed was not that comfortable, matrass seemed somewhat old. During the previous visit I also needed to ask for access since the badge did not work, and the lights in my room did not work either. Now everything was good apart from the matrass quality.

I returned here after almost 10 years, and I must say that the Villa still delivers on expectations. The most important of course is to have access to the wellness facilities the day of the arrival and the day of departure. So it is definitely worth to stay even for one night. Rooms are not luxurious, but you have everything needed. Thank you for keeping such a good level of service and facilities.

I was lodged in an appartment somewhat separate from the hotel, it was convenient and clean but not "wow". The breakfast was absolutely fabulous and even more amazing and unexpected was the access to the truly giant wellness complex, which was included in the room rate. There are literally 8 different saunas and a special session every 1,5 hours. The outside pool was clean and empty when I used it. The sun was already setting, but people were still using the bubble baths which were lighted from the inside. You then get a nice overview over different terraces and the pool below. I will be coming back here both for business purposes in Luxembourg as well as personal time off.

There was a bag of chips at the desk in the room, I thought this was a gift from the hotel next to the bottle of water. It turned out to be you needed to pay for this, as well as for the rest of the items in the fridge. This is an unnecessary sales trick I don't like.

We were upgraded and got to stay in a room in the main hotel area. The room and facilities were great, and we had a very relaxing stay. The access to the wellness center was included in our booking and we really enjoyed it. We had breakfast there and the buffet was very varied.

Basically everything. The room at Villa Welcome is clean and with enough space, it has everything that could be offered. Wifi is perhaps not excellent, but surely more than enough for streaming from the computer, for instance. It had some minor issue only when connecting from the phone. This said, the offer was absolutely incredible: for a far lower price than many other hotels I found in Luxembourg, we had not only accomodation, but also fitness and wellness all included - those facilities are incredible. Also, the day of our check-out, athough having left the room already, we had full access to all facilities (pools, fitness, etc.) at no extra price. We just used them, took a shower, dropped access watch and towels there, and left. All staff was kind and happ to help

The only thing that perhaps can be mentioned is the price of the breakfast (we only had it once at the hotel). The breakfast is very good and it has everything that can be offered (no more than in any other hotel), but 22 euros per person are way too high price - in this case, the highest I have seen from all offers in Luxembourg that I checked in booking.com. You can actually have similar breakfast in the town (5-minute walk) for at least half the price.
