The bedroom and en-suite were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen and dining area were also very clean, comfortable and plenty spacious, the breakfast selection was excellent and set you up for the day. Edwina is very personable and nothing is too much trouble for her, truly a lovely lady.
The bedroom door has quite a large gap at the floor level and consequently other guests in the kitchen and dining area can be clearly heard with the door closed. Not a big deal and a rolled up towel in front of the door muffled most of the noise but worthy of mention if a light sleeper.

Clean and well appointed, with ample breakfast supplies provided by the host. Edwina has provided a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere and made us feel very welcome and looked after. The location is a very quick walk to central Banff but far enough away that made the location quiet.
The kitchenette was good for breakfast, but only provided a microwave for anything else. Dinner was limited to microwave meals or eating out. We knew this before booking but was still a bit limiting.

My partner and I absolutely loved our 6 night stay here, Edwina was so accomodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay. We loved being so close to the town centre that we could walk to so many nearby stops. The tunnel mountain trail was a short walk away as well which we loved. Edwina had great recommendations and was so accomodating. We greatly appreciated having breakfast available daily and the variety available was really nice. We will definitely be back here for our next trip to Banff. Thank you for having us!
No complaints at all!

The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. Edwina, the owner of the establishment was lovely and very accommodating. We brought our own breakfast foods (oatmeal, milk, bread, nuts, etc). When Edwina heard that we were fully plant-based, she rushed out and got us some oatmilk. Very nice of her. She did, however, have fruit for us to munch on. We stayed in a suite with 2 bedrooms and a common area. We were lucky to have very nice people staying in the other room. It was very dark in our room at night and because it was small and we put a lot of things on the floor, it made things a little tricky to get up and move around in the late night. She was again accommodating and solved our problem with a nightlight.
I think because of the small space, the room and bathroom could use more hooks and two places to put a suitcase. She did bring an extra chair for us when we requested it, though.

I think we had the smaller of four rooms but it was extremely clean and comfortable. The presence of a lightly-peopled common area outside our door added plenty of space while the self-serve nature of the continental breakfast gave a lot of time flexibility. The B&B has a really homely feel to it and the hosts Edwina and Kevan are friendly and helpful.
Nothing at all. It’s not a dislike as such but if on foot, it’s a ten minute walk up a slight hill from the CBD.

The location was excellent and the facilities were very clean and beautifully decorated. The owners are very nice and helpful The grab and go breakfast was convenient although we didn't take any of the items as we had our own food. Having a parking spot was great as it was only about a 10 minute walk to town. There were extra items to borrow such as bear spray. On one of our hikes we borrowed it and thankfully didn't need it. The living area and kitchen is shared with another couple in the 2nd bedroom. We had a very nice stay.
Although our bedroom was beautiful and comfortable, it was a bit small and therefore no place to put our suitcases except on the floor. It would have been nice to have a folded suitcase holder for convenience.

loved staying at this property! The owners are so welcoming and make sure you are well taken care of. The room exceeded my expectation - I had a suite which felt like a mini apartment - the main bedroom, a private bathroom and a living room with amazing mountain views! Also had a private entrance with access to a shared kitchenette. Everything was updated and very clean. About a 5 min walk to main part of Banff Ave and in a very safe neighborhood. Great for solo travelers! And being in a B&B makes it feel so much more homey compared to sterile hotel rooms! Loved my experience and would love to stay here again!

We arrived early and the owner let us check in. Close to the town center yet quiet location with parking spaces. Provided many local information and a bear spray in the room. Kitchen has a full size fridge and we kept our food we purchased from several local markets. Had Kurog coffee maker with our favorite Costco coffee pods. Comfortable beds. Nice thick bath towels. Great place for two couples to share kitchen and living room.
Stayed 3 nights but chose not to pay $25 for towel changes. We prefer thinner towels that are changed daily or after 2 days of stay. But I understand that washing and drying nice thick towels cost more…. Very minor issues - the toilet paper holder was broken. I had to twist my body to grab the toilet paper on the tank. Shampoo etc. were on the floor. The shower head is too high to hang rack to keep bottles. Had to bend down to grab shampoo, conditioner, and soap while showering. Again, not a major issue but a room to improve to make the special place even better.

Well positioned within walking distance of downtown. Breakfast provided was basic, muffins, toast fruit etc but no protein, I’m not a breakfast person so I didn’t mind, except I love coffee and Edwina supplied plenty of very good coffee. The owner was a jewel, she was so kind and nothing was too much for her. The only frustration, and I forgot to mention to her was the lack of a mirror in the room, just a vanity mirror would suffice, drying my hair without mirror was difficult. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, the place was spotless and the owner very attentive.
Proximity to downtown Banff, cleanliness.

Walking into town took 5 minutes... brilliant! Everything was provided and we would have loved a longer stay to make the most of the shared lounge space and kitchen. Separation from the owner's house was also a bonus plus a nominated car park next to the bnb was useful. We used the electric fan in the evenings to prevent room getting stuffy, (August) which was great.
This is picky and of course relative to what one is used to but the water pressure in the shower was weak and not to our liking.. However I'm sure some others would love it.
