Minaro Hotel Tokaj MGallery offers a flawless luxury and relaxation experience for adults. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the restaurant impresses with fine dining and a vast selection of local wines. The spa is ideal for relaxation, though the Wi-Fi connection needs improvement. Overall, a splendid retreat in Tokaj.

The lack of a la carte dinner options, only offering a buffet, was disappointing for guests seeking more personalized dining experiences. No pool truly offers saltwater swimming, which may disappoint those looking for genuine thalassotherapy. The so-called "salt room" is underwhelming, consisting only of two blocks of salt, which does not meet expectations for a full salt therapy experience.

The location is fantastic. The staff is super kind, and the quality of the breakfast and the local food selection also caused lots of joy. The pool area (inside and outside) was also designed for absolute relaxation and beauty.

The only weird thing was that they charged you for the filtered water at the dinners. Water was not included in the price, but in the morning, at breakfast, it was free, besides the sparkling wines that were also free of charge. Both meals were priced at the room rate, so it's not understandable why they are priced differently in the morning than in the evenings.

I enjoyed the overall experience from the moment we arrived and throughout our entire stay. The stuff was very friendly and the amenities were all top notch, the room was clean, spacious and quiet. The SPA area indoor and outdoor was very clean, super nice and even had heated water, so you can enjoy fully even during winter time. Every day, at 17:00, the sauna sessions are available for free, for whoever wants to release stress, relax and recharge. I will definitely come back & recommend Minaro Hotel to everyone.

I asked for an iron station into my room, but never came - not a big deal, just a small detail to be improved.

Excellent breakfast with very fresh pastries, delicious juices, and a great variety. The room was clean, nicely furnished, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were also very pleasant.

I was disappointed with the wellness area, as the basic sauna etiquette was not respected. There were a lot of flying insects in and around the pools – while the hotel is surrounded by nature and that might be hard to avoid, it would help if the dead insects around the sunbeds were cleaned up more regularly. During dinner, the selection of dishes felt rather limited for a 5-star hotel.

Beautiful, brand new hotel in the Tokaj wine region with excellent wellness facilities and delicious food. Spectacular location, overlooking the vineyards. The wellness area has several pools and saunas, we tried one sauna session, which was great. Great variety with food and impressive wine selection, the breakfast especially was outstanding.

The outside pool was unfortunately closed during our stay, so there was no cold water pool, which would have been nice after the sauna. Opening hours for the wellness (until 8PM on weekdays) should be longer, at 7.45PM we were essentially asked to leave.

Beautiful new hotel, quiet, huge and beautiful wellness area both indoors and outdoors, perfect half pension. The midday snacks are also quite price-worthy so there is no need to go out to get food.

We bought a cocktail with little alcohol in it due to the lack of expertise of the bartender. There is nothing in the area, just a lot of mosquitoes and other insects. The city center and the rivers are far away since the hotel was built in an abandoned mine. It's a wine area, so it's not a good idea to go out by car or rental bicycle, which they have. There is no public transport at the hotel, so taxi would have been the only means of getting to the historical city center. Some night program like music, dancing and like would have been nice.

Food was amazing, especially the a la cart dinners. The hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed the spa and pool spaces a lot. They even have some e-bikes we could use to go wine tasting in the village!

Some staff didn't speak great English, so sometimes there were some awkward misunderstandings. With too little guests, we missed out on the buffet breakfasts. The water was out for half a day, but the staff tried to make up for it.

The best luxurious adult only hotel we have visited in Hungary. The room was clean with a big comfortable king size bed, comfortable big bathroom with L'occatine products. Very rich breakfast with a large variety of sausages, fruits, vegetables etc. Actually it was the best breakfast we had during our stay in Hungary. We used the inside pool and the salt room it was clean and tidy, all the sitting area was big with comfortable sofas and very clean

There is no delay when pulling the key from the socket, the light goes off immediately so in the evening you are left in total darkness. The pool is not so comfortable for swimming

Very relaxing stay and the peacefulness of the hotel was just beautiful. We especially loved the isolation of the hotel itself, the dawn chorus of the birds was just amazing. Staff were helpful. Waiters were attentive. Spa facilities were fabulous, this made our trip.

The hotel should provide more towels in the bedrooms which had Saunas in them. No independent restaurant - our only choice was to avail of the evening buffet food which was provided by the hotel with the half-board option. Service charges - each individual drink - either from the bar or the bars in the spa area, all had service charges attached to them which was quite costly. No concierge service available at this five star hotel. Atmosphere was flat in the bar area once the restaurant closed around 9pm. On our second night here, the bar area was empty at 9.30pm, apart from ourselves. Some music/pianist would perhaps have encouraged other guests to stayed on a bit longer. No hair conditioner in the room - container was empty.

The quality of the food was exceptional. 10/10

As a suggestion, improve the quality of coffee at breakfast and include water free of charge for dinner.
