Room and location are fine.

Subject: Issue with Hotel Booking – Missing Included Breakfast I recently made a reservation through booking.com platform for a stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Columbus East Airport. My booking confirmation clearly stated that bed and breakfast was included with the reservation. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff informed me that they do not provide breakfast at all. This was unexpected and misleading, as I specifically chose this property because of the advertised breakfast. I would appreciate it if you could look into this discrepancy and advise whether compensation or a partial refund can be arranged. Thank you.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I had a fridge and microwave, which were both clean and working. I put the do not disturb sign on the door and my room was undisturbed for my stay. The price was reasonable.

On my check in day, the hotel called me and informed me the previous guest in the room was staying another day and I was offered a different room. I felt I should have been given a discount for accepting a different room. The coffee pot in my room did not work.

The room was very comfortable although honestly dirty. Has on white socks that after 15 minutes in the room I had to throw away and just wear my slip on shoes. The staff at the front desk no matter what time, were amazing. Friendly knowledgeable and just made our stay complete.

The carpet in the room needed vacuumed very badly. Found a crack pipe and other paraphernalia in drawer beside the bed. Light didn't work on the other side of the bed. But... I'd still stay again.

Came for 4 day music festival so up early back late.Beds were comfortable as sleep well every night,L like more pressure from the shower but it was fine,got the job done.On the back facing packing lot but was quiet.

The crappy restaurant across the street.Got in late,hungry tired open restaurant across the street perfect,grab a bite ,hit the hay. Not hotels fault but I didn't like it lol

The bed was very comfortable, room was quaint, but cozy. Shower was great.

I get that the air conditioner is probably temper control, however multiple times during the night I would have to either take the blanket off because I was too hot, or bundle up being too cold. Had the air on lowest temp, on high. I love the cold, but when I'd be sweating, and then have the sudden shock in temperature change, it was a little uncomfortable. But other than that, the room was perfect. Also, only having ONE open outlet in the room was a little difficult. Trying to plug my phone in as well as my girlfriend trying to use hair dryer and other accessories.

I liked that they had a pool the room was clean for what it was no spider or cob webs in site.Very nicely decorated rooms very clean

There were a group of kiddos and their parents having a pool party no problem but the pool is small and the cuts are very strange it goes from 3ft then in a step it goes to 5ft then 7 then 9 ft and the pool temperature was very cold ❄️🥶 almost like a polar bear swim cold. The front desk staff was nice and friendly however when we called and asked for extra towels we had to go to the laundry room / and they were rude and sent us all the way up front 😞 lightweight comforters after coming in from the cold pool my bestie was trying to warm up so she turned on the heat for a bit and it didn't work and the comforter was a light weight so it was cold all night in the room. Also the lights were very dim the brightest. Light was the bathroom.

They staff was great. Room was clean to be a cheap hotel. (You get what you pay for.) Bed was comfortable. Easy access to the interstate. Would stay here again if need to.

There was no coffee maker in my room, the microwave was way outdated and the seal around the refrigerator for was broken so it did not keep things cold the way it should.

Staff was really friendly and I felt welcomed. Room was clean, no bugs, felt safe in my room. The bed was comfortable and clean sheets.

No free breakfast at the time or restaurant. The area around the hotel was a bit run down looking no really good quality food close by.

Easily accessible, We spend time in Columbus & Pickerington multiple days & the property is in a great location for that. Affordable rates.

The room was outdated & unappealing, carpet felt oily & gross- Non Smoking room with many unpleasant odors. The music from the bar across the street could be heard from inside the room. I saw hotel security twice during my stay always at the front desk, never making rounds or in the parking lot that attracted questionable folks.

We weren't aware of a complimentary breakfast so we didn't utilize that. The rating for the comfort was only due to the heater/ac unit in the room not keeping it a consistent temp in the room.
