The room was large and very quiet. The washroom was very well designed: I liked the fact I did not have to turn like a pretzel to reach the toilet paper from the toilet. in addition, ventilation in the washroom was perfect: this was the first hotel I stayed in that did NOT have the bathroom mirror fog up during a shower. The housekeeping was done perfectly every day. The breakfast was very good with a great variety of items.

There was no documentation at all in the room as to how everything operates in the hotel. For example nobody told me I could get a rebate eating at Kiju's Restaurant if I mentioned I stay in the hotel. Breakfast served on paper plates and with plastic cutlery and coffee served in a paper cup do not quite cut it when you consider how much you are charged for the room. The garbage bins in the room are too tiny. There is no opportunity for recycling e.g. there should be a small blue bin in the room.

My room was very comfortable, clean and quite. Lots of space in the room and and good work station. Parking was spacious.

The TV was definitely annoying as there was no guide for available channels and you had to press enter after going up or down to change each channel. There were no glasses beyond paper cups with coffee machine. I don't think my experience should be based on concerns of people stealing glasses if that's the reason for no glasses. The staff at checkout were not engaged at all. Beyond "what's your room number", no smiling or asking how my stay was on checkout.

This hotel was very comfortable, with a large room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was the usual very good Hampton Inn food with a good choice including hot options. We used the laundry facilities which worked well and were very reasonably priced. There is a restaurant attached to the property, which we did not use. Unfortunately, the restaurants we chose were a short drive down town. Overall a very good stay.

- The room was big and comfortable, it had everything it needed. - Breakfast was great, good variety of food, waffles, not many vegetables. - The pool and a slide are great for kids, and the gym is available as well. - Convenient location close to the city center. - Room service was very attentive and provided extra towels by request.

A couple of nit-picky details: - Air conditioning could be better, but it didn't affect our stay. - The breakfast area could have more obvious instructions on how to use the waffle maker (I observed a few people struggling to figure out how to use it, myself included).

We lived in a king room with sofa at the 1st floor. It was a big, clean and great room, the sofa bed was big and comfortable, my son loved the sofa bed and the room. We arrived late on 1st day, almost all the restaurants in the city had closed. So we went to the hotel's restaurant, the Kiju's. The staff were VERY nice and friendly. The food were very good. The hotel is not in Sydney's downtown so the parking is free.

I would feel even better if the staff at reception desk smiled to me when we arrived in the hotel late and tired.

A quiet area, easy to get to, no heavy traffic here. Breakfast is very good and the pool is nice. Walking trail nearby and also in the arena next door. This hotel is on a reserve and is very well cared for. Mark, the shift manager, helped make our grand daughter's birthday a happy one. This is our 3rd stay there and we will be back.

A return quest, we find this a very nice property, in a quieter location. The breakfast is nice, and the pool is a great experience for our grand daughter. A walking trail nearby, as well as the free use of the walking track above the rink, next door, are a nice feature on this reserve location. Bowling lanes, nearby, were also enjoyed by our family.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and clean. Good breakfast selection and lots of public sitting areas if you didn’t want to sit in your room. Pool looked good, but we didn’t have the time to use it.

Carpet in our room could use a good shampooing or even replacing, but it was ok. That was the only thing we could come up with.

The check in staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The furniture and decor was modern and up to date with extra an extra blanket and pillow. The room had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The continental breakfast area was well stocked in the morning and the food was good.

There didn't seem to be a working bathroom fan.

The staff were fabulous. The breakfast was very good! It was great to have access to a restaurant with really good food... we had supper there three times in three nights and were not disappointed once. The cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating. We were very happy with the room and the rest of the facilities. The bathroom was also very nice - we liked the shower and the layout.

There was an issue with the phone on my side of the bed. Every night around 3am it started to blink (a red light would come on indicating that there was a message on there) which was disturbing as well as distressing. I hit #337 and our room number to get rid of the blinking light but it was still bothersome.
