Walkable distance to Truist Park for Braves games and to have fun in The Battery. Always clean and nice staff. Good bar downstairs if you make it back in time!

The suite we had with a separate living and sleeping. Shower top rate, lovely hot water and fluffy towels. Serviced every day. The the cleaning staff were great. Replenished coffee and water every day.

Pool not avaliable until end of May, (memorial day in the US) although showing in the hotel detail as open. Breakfast at the weekend was awful, not great from Wednesday to Friday either.Rude staff. Ran out of things and still 40minutes of serving time left didn't bother to replenish. Prices in the little shop incorrect, coffee showing as 4.25, got charged 5.25. Reason given blackboard they had used an incorrect marker pen so couldn't change the listed price...really!! Freezing cold in the bar restaurant area. Had to go to our room to warm up.

We recently spent a wonderful weekend at this hotel with our family, and we were thoroughly impressed! The hotel was beautifully clean, and the rooms offered stunning views that were especially breathtaking at night. The breakfast was also delicious and exceeded our expectations. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway.

One downside of our stay was the $100 deposit requirement. Unfortunately, we haven't received our deposit refund yet and are still waiting for it to be processed back to our bank account.

The king suite was perfect for our needs. I snore so the door separating the bedroom from the living room sofa bed allowed both of us to sleep. The sofa bed was comfortable. Each of us had separate access to the bathroom. This saved us the cost of staying in separate rooms. The bathroom was large, a door separated the toilet from the rest of the bathroom and the water was hot. There was a gaming convention across the street; many of the guests were participating in it. Unlike many hotels where the noise carries up and down the hallway, I could not hear much activity or slamming doors during the night or in the morning. The Sheraton Suites are easy to find and close to I75. It only took about 10-15 minutes to get back to midtown Atlanta. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. I reported at checkout that the coffee pot in the room would not turn on and that the lights in the kitchenette area were not working. The clerk immediately called maintenance to correct the problem. The complimentary breakfast had plenty of choices to satisfy all appetites from eggs, bacon and sausages to hot/cold cereals, Danishes and muffins to fresh fruit.

I would suggest putting out several different strengths of coffee at breakfast. I thought the coffee was terrible. We did have problems with the pocket doors to the bathroom. If we pulled them completely shut, it took both of us to open them. They would not slide on the track properly.

Nelly at the front desk was AMAZING!!!! Super friendly! Easy check in and check out. She was also very accommodating! Breakfast bar was incredible and was packed with everything you can think of. Saved us lots of money instead of eating out each morning. There's a Starbucks in the hotel that's open until 11am! Room was very spacious, clean and modern.

No way to ethernet to the internet. Depending on wifi was horrible considering there were multiple conferences going on when I stayed. This was a HUGE inconvenience for my particular stay.

Room was really comfy and well appointed. Everything felt fresh and new. Cleanliness was on par.

Two elevators were broken when we were there, only 1 wokring which was a bit of a mess. HOWEVER, the friendly staff took quick action to go to each floor and help people use the service elevator to get us down to the main level. Above and beyond and really helped make a bad situation into an oppurtnity to show care for the customer. Good job!!!

Every time I go to a braves game we always stay at this hotel this is our fifth time staying there we're always greeted with hospitality and help with anything we need.. short distance to Truist Park. I couldn't ask for a better hotel to stay at while attending the braves games.. we'll see y'all in the spring

I don't like they don't tell you there's a charge for parking when you get there and your room's already paid for

i didnt eat breakfast at all but as for everything else it was great an i will stay again an i would recommend it to others if they come to Atlanta.All i can say is keep up the great work an just stay friendly.Thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The toilets in the rooms were just alittle low there was not enough height to them.Yes i know yall have handicap toilets in the handicap rooms but the toilet was just alittle too low.All so the door it to close to the toilet also.But over all everything was great.Jus keep up the awesome job❤️❤️❤️❤️

Breakfast was fabulous. I was fully charged before my all day meetings. Your staffs were wonderful and they were very accommodating. They worked hard for us in tidying up the whole area though out the whole breakfast session.

The Crosswalk was under construction that affected our travel to The Galleria Conference. It was scary trying to cross the busy streets.

We were in town for the Braves home-opener. Last year we stayed a couple of miles from the ballpark for the home opener and it was really sketchy getting an Uber back to our hotel after the game. I booked the Sheraton because it is within walking distance of the ballpark. (half-mile walk) Great plan! Worked! Twenty-two dollar parking fee at the hotel was money well spent. The suite was nearly perfect.

A bit pricey at $280 a night. The bathroom sink drains poorly and the commode tank leaks water inside and makes an annoying filling sound throughout the night. (Room 1219)
