Our stay in St. Moritz was truly unforgettable, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible service we received from the receptionist Tiziano. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm smile and a genuinely friendly attitude that made us feel welcome. He was always approachable, ready to assist with any request, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether it was recommendations for local spots, handling special requests, or simply his positive energy, his outstanding customer service made all the difference. The hotel itself was not bad, but it was his kindness and professionalism that truly set our experience apart. We can’t thank him enough and would absolutely return, knowing we’d be in such great hands.

The area was really quiet, and kind of hard to get to, because we needed to take the bus from the main station. There isn't a lot around there, other than a few grocery stores and restaurants, and is fairly far from the "main town." The breakfast was good. I wish they had told us a little earlier that we could order pancake and omlettes but we found out and they were delicious! The spa was relaxing, and they provide towels and slippers to use.

The rooms were a bit tight and small, but for one night, it's okay. The big window between the washroom and the bedroom could be tinted with a button, but the off-switch automatically made that clear, which was a little weird.

We loved the look and feel of the hotel - rooms were great, comfortable and clean. We had lots of room with a small sitting area in our room. Breakfast was lovely, as was the view from our room. Great bathroom!

Location. We booked this room as our friends were already staying here as part of a tour they were taking. They also were disappointed in the location. It was about 1.2 miles from the train station and also the main part of town. Not really that far, but too far for walking back in the dark after dinner. We would have preferred to stay closer to the main area of town. But otherwise, a great place.

The friendly and helpful staff and personal, both in the restaurant and at reception. The position was excellent for the Signal cable car and the shuttle bus for the world championships. My visit was not long enough to take full advantage of all facilities on offer, but I really enjoyed the stay.

cold water Pressure on right hand sink in bathroom and the shower curtain did not keep the water from flooding on to the whole bathroom floor, thermostat in shower may need adjustment.

Excellent hotel, extremely attentive and kind staff (particular compliments to the receptionist Nicola), good inhouse restaurant, comfortable rooms with great beds and lots of small comforts. Very clean and tidy. Nearby spa included in the reservation is a must visit (it even has awesome water slides!).

Space inside the shower box is limited with only a curtain for separation from the rest of the bathroom which results in water spilling onto the floor. Not that good for people who don't like bathtubs. Pricey restaurant.

The reception and wait staff provided exceptional customer service. Jorge, a waiter at the onsite restaurant, was welcoming, funny, attentive to our needs, and an absolute asset to the hospitality industry. The hotel is clean and located within steps of the Corviglia ski hill. The onsite and offsite spa provided an excellent place to relax and unwind.

We loved everything and had no complaints.

Amazing hotel, super friendly staff, gave us the room even a bit earlier as it was ready. The parking spots are limited outside, but free! Breakfast was amazing! Delicious with a big variety of food. The room and bathroom were clean and modern. Everything needed was provided. I really loved the hotel and will definitely be bag! Very pleasantly impressed!

Hotel Wow what can I say other than this hotel was amazing! I normally try to budget hotels when we travel, but in Switzerland everything is exspensive. We decided to stay at Hotel San Gian which we didn’t know much about other than it was a 4 star hotel, had access to a pool and fitness room and allowed our 80 lb dog to stay. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that with our stay, we received gondola passes for all days there and pool/spa/fitness passes for all days as well. The pools (4 of them) and spa are absolutely magnificent and cost millions to build. A pure treat! I learned from the staff at the pool that only about 3 hotels in that area include this. Our stay was made warm by Paul who works the front desk. He was so friendly and helpful. We also loved the restaurant staff such as Nanja and Mirko. We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we ever go back to that area. For the included breakfast which was of great quality, pool/spa passes, gondola passes, and hospitality, the price was well worth our stay.

This was absolutely exceptional stay! Our room was cozy. Incredibly helpful, kind and willing staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Great food for breakfast and as well for dinner. Our room was always clean and it was really relaxing place to stay. We had to admit that we are so overwhelmed by all the extra things the hotel offers - full access to OVAVERA, transport tickets (including cable cars) or lunch boxes for hikes! When we came, Paul welcomed us so nicely (we are traveling pretty often and have never experienced so warm and helpful introduction) and booked for us a table at the restaurant right away. Also he explained us what to do around. All other receptionist were also incredibly helpful. We even prolonged our stay at the hotel because we felt like home and stunned by the city and surrounding. This was our first trip to St. Moritz and definitely not the last - we are already planning our next trip.

The location is great ~ as there is a bus stop in 2 minutes walk ~ if you stay 2 nights or more the hotel will provided transport card for the same number of the nights you stay~ but if it can cover all days you stay here like Scoul (including check in day and check out day) it will be more convenient ~ The staffs are helpful ~ they updated our room to superiors and recommend suitable hiking routes for us ~the room is quite and has really good views~St. Moritz is really a great place to stay more than 3 nights~ the highlight of the hotel is the cooperation with ovv spa and fitness center~ it’s amazing and relaxing after one day walk ~

Almost nothing ~ if the public transport can cover all calendar days we stay is more convenient ~ and the restaurants may not very suitable for Asian stomach ~ but the breakfast is good!
