We always stay here when we visit family in Athens. We love it. It is very welcoming and spotless. It is small and classy, tastefully decorated. The small restaurant is lovely too, run by the lovely helpful and kind Monika. Reception Staff are all very welcoming and professional, in particular we must mention Melina who is an asset to the hotel. Wonderful! We will be back soon

This time it was very cold when we visited and had to ask for extra bedding. No blankets in the room. Also the bathroom whilst very nice, is very small.

The location was super in a quiet street yet close to all the attractions of Kifissia. The rooms were warm and elegant and the size was good. The staff were super friendly and efficient. The lobby is nice and inviting. Loved how the rooms had small balconies over looking the leafy streets of kifissia.

Nothing. It was all great. Maybe the bathrooms could have better finishing. They are great but a little bit of renovation would make them perfect.

Hotel is located in a leafy green and quiet neighborhood 👌 away from all the over tourism in the city center. Very good metro connection to the city center about 30 minutes. I arrived in the middle of a heat wave and this area was much cooler and the hotel air-conditioning was perfect. The staff are friendly probably because they are not over stressed by too many tourists. It is a great place if one wants to experience Athens and wind down to a silent night. There are also nice bars and restaurants a few minutes walk from the hotel, so overall value for money.

Just note that the walk from the metro to the hotel is uphill so could be a challenge if one has a stroller or wheelchair.

The menu featured a diverse selection of dishes, each crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The ambience was elegant, and the service was impeccable. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a wide array of options to suit every palate. Special Touches What really set this hotel apart were the special touches. On our second night, we were surprised with a complimentary bottle of champagne and a handwritten note congratulating us on our anniversary. These personalized gestures made our stay unforgettable. The location of this boutique hotel is within walking distance of Kifissia. The staff is always accommodating and professional. This is the 4th year in a row we have stayed at this hotel before we move on to our final destination in Greece. Breakfast is amazing. We travel with a pet and this hotel is very accommodating. If you have a car, on street parking might be challenging.

Lovely beautiful hotel in the heart of magical Kifisia. The room was small but with a huge balcony over looking the green trees of Kifisia. We had everything we need, and all was nice decorated. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious too. We will definitely return.

The location was great for staying in the Kifissia neighbourhood. The staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone was very helpful and kind.

Due to being late October the aircons no longer worked and our rooms faced the back of the hotel where there was the noise of some machinery all night so that we could not keep the windows open.

Fantastic location in the North of Athens. Kefalari turns in to Kifissia where one can find lots of great restaurants, shops & cafes etc. Very nice place to walk around. I'd like to mention how friendly and helpful the reception team were and also the lovely lady who served me the wine at the bar. Thank you!

Far from the city It is located near to last metro station stop where you need a long traveling time to reach downtown not recommended for short stays but good choice for long stays, you hear the noise of your next room as the room walls is without noise cancellation
