Exquisite hotel, everything was fantastic. Location is great - tranquil spot on a lake where you can swim, kayak or use a paddle boat; close to Whistler (5 min drive with free shuttle option) but calm and without crowds. Really relaxing atmosphere. Lovely room of decent size, freshly renovated. Nice to have coffee machine. Dyson hairdryer was lovely to have, as the UK one is incompatible with US electrics. Convenient parking. Good level of noise insulation in the room. Terrific breakfast. Food was excellent
The only minor thing is that breakfast could have started a bit earlier (it was from 8am)

We had a great stay. Traveled with 2 dogs and the resort was very pet friendly. Both restaurants let us eat outside on the patio with our dogs. There is a great paved walking/ biking path that goes for miles in either direction. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The Den restaurant had amazing breakfast and dinner. Our studio sized room had a balcony and tall ceilings which made it feel very spacious, and the bathrooom was fabulous with a soaking tub, cozy bathrobes, and huge towels. The resort was close to Whistler village, but far enough from the hubbub of visitors. Exceptionally clean, very nice spa. Enjoyed being outside in the rain to use the hot tub/ sauna/ cool plunge. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely location by the lake. Room had lovely view. Very clean.
I picked this hotel as it looked onto a lake and the view is stunning. I also picked it at the end of a multi stay trip where I hoped to relax on a sun bed at the peaceful lake. There were only a handful of dinners in an enclosed space surrounding a very small pool and when sunny was always busy. I was disappointed there were no other sun beds available. There were only 4 deck chairs by the waterfront which was difficult to avail of too. To only allowed streaming from your own accounts. Live TV didn’t work.

Our room was luxurious! Large bathroom with a soak tub, a walk-in shower, heated floors, and L'Occitane French bath products! Our bed was very comfortable and lovely linens. We had two armoires to hang and fold our clothes, and a nice rack by the door to hang our coats and ski gear to dry overnight. And our room looked out over Nita Lake, which was so beautiful! And the staff, from the reception desk, to the shuttle bus drivers, to the coffee shop and restaurant staff were all so friendly and kind and accommodating! This lodge and this ski resort might become an annual trip for us!
Nothing. Everything was wonderful!

The room was very spacious with modern finishes a gas fireplace a very spacious bathroom with a big spa bath and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Daily house cleaning was fantastic as well as the convenience of the laundry facilities, onsite spa, heated pool and the dining options (breakfast in the restraunt). The complimentary shuttle services were fantastic and the drivers were very friendly making gettign to town very easy.
The large floor to ceiling windows made the room quite cold and the central heating was unable to be turned up past 22 degrees celsius. The In-Room dining option was also limited and when we did order a snack mid afternoon it came cold. The accomodation is not in main town whistler it is in creekside something to consider based on where you want to stay/do when in Whistler.

Beautiful large room with stunning view across the lake. Luxurious bathroom with deep tub, heated floor and l'occitaine toiletries Free shuttle bus to village Gas fire in bedroom warm and atmospheric. Crisp sheets. Helpful staff at front desk. Choice of places for dining. Lobby and communal areas smelled of a gorgeous spa fragrance.
Asked for $750 deposit for incidentals for a 3 night stay. This was then reduced to $500 as we don't have a credit card. Still much higher than any other hotel we stayed at in Canada. Room was dark. We moved lamps around to try and provide light for packing suitcases but still had to use phone torch. Mattress was a little too firm.

Really good sized room with very comfortable large bed. (We had a studio suite). Beautiful bathroom with luxury products. I felt it was very good value for money. Really lovely feel to the whole hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bars and restaurants were very welcoming and comfortable. I loved that they had little dog beds in the lobby. We were walking distance to local restaurants and the lake view was beautiful. We only stayed one night but I would happily stay again if we were in Whistler again.

Staff were excellent and couldn't do more to help. Shuttle service to and from Whistler Village (and beyond) was really good and drivers were really friendly and helpful. Staff at hotel were great and the free bike hire and canoes for the lake were excellent. Room was clean, spacious and well equipped bathroom. Definitely worth having the lake view rooms.
A little more needed for the kitchen area to make it 10/10

The view is fantastic making the property well situated for sightseeing and lots of activities including the available canoe to paddle the lake and exploring with surrounding bike trails. The staff were very friendly, warm and happily accommodating. They showed a genuine interest in our stay and were open in suggesting ways to make the most of it. The free shuttle to and from the lake lodge to the village was also helpful and made our trip and ease

Our room/studio was very comfortable, and there was a frequent shuttle to and from the village. I had a very relaxing massage in the spa, and my daughter got a good pedicure there too.
We were not advised that we were on the “dog friendly” floor, until we complained about the dog barking in the next room. I was disappointed by the facilities- I am not a skiier so I had expected to spend time in the gym followed by a nice swim, but both the gym and the pool were too small. The gym was busy but it was too small to have much equipment in it. The pool was outside and very small. It was no good for exercising in.
