Restaurant service & menu for all inclusive never disappointed. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Fantastic staff made the holiday fantastic as we met up with friends and family that we haven't seen for years.

The pool is disappointing - feels like it was an afterthought during the design phase. Weird location and zero sun but this is more than made up for by the hotel offering really great beach accessories - beach blanket, towels & umbrella (plus sunscreen!)

There is really nothing to complain of. The location itself is at the marine direct and you have everything you need nearby which can be reached without a car. Also the beach is right behind the building with many restaurants , bars and everything u need for a day or night life outgoing. The Hotel is just build in the middle of a dream place! The hotel itself ain't a 4 Star hotel. This hotel is much more Worth if you look into the details. From the reception to the lobby, restaurant/bar, rooms. Everything is clean. The staff on every ground is helpfull, respectfull, giving attention to every detail you ask for, the breakfast was amazing. A big thanks to Neethu Piyush Umang . Such lovely and kind people, their hospitality were like being at home or talking with old good friends. I only can recommend this hotel. And we surely will book here again

The location of the hotel was excellent. Close to the beach, lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Also, close by is Bla Bla Beach Club and restaurant which my friend and I really enjoyed! There is tram line close by, which make it easy to get to places like the Mall and The Palm. I was very impressed with the size of our room which was like a suite...biggest twin room I have ever stayed in- which had an amazing view of the Marina! Breakfast was great, with lots to choose from - great views of the Marina at breakfast also. The beach was amazing I would like to give a special thanks to Moses for his fantastic house keeping service. He was always so polite and friendly and delivered service with a lovely smile.

We received a complimentary upgrade from a family room to a suite, and we were very pleased with it. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Herman, one of the concierges. Ayisha, the receptionist, and the café staff member on duty on the evening of the 10th also provided excellent service. Additionally, we would like to thank Santosh Thapa from the housekeeping team for keeping our suite clean and well-stocked. The birthday surprise in our suite was a wonderful touch!

There was a bit more noise than I expected from the race cars on the street and the party next door. I only noticed this noise in the living room area, but it might have been because I was extremely tired when my head hit the pillow.

The staff were very attentive. We have special dietary requirements and the chef went well beyond his duty to accommodate us and to make sure we were ok. Spotlessly clean room and areas,wonderful stay. Would highly recommend

. The only advice I would give would be, when booking a room or holiday for THREE people customers should check that there are THREE beds. It was initially thought by the hotel that my husband, myself AND our 13 yr old daughter could all sleep in one bed. But they accommodated when I said this was unreasonable. Booking.com- can you sort out this mix up on your booking system. 3 people means 3 sleeping places.

We really enjoyed our stay at Delta Hotels by Marriott Jumeirah Beach. The breakfast was good. The two-bedroom suite was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after exploring the city (although I was hoping for a higher floor, the view was still nice). The location is unbeatable – right next to Dubai Marina, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and the beach within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and relaxed.

While the breakfast was generally good, I felt the variety could be improved. The selection was more or less the same every morning, so it became a bit repetitive over a longer stay. It would be nice to see more variety in the menu, also for fresh fruits and daily specials.

The breakfast was excellent and the roof top views amazing. The room we had was brilliant with everything you need for a perfect stay.

Only two very small things, one was the shower took a little while to warm up and could have been a bit more powerful and the restaurant Jones the grocer wasn’t as good for breakfast as the hotel roof top experience.

perfectly located in the JBR district , our over all experience was really good , most efficient and helpful staff to the perfectly sized rooms with all basic amenities , this hotel exceeded my expectations . Thoroughly professional and courteous staff and top notch housekeeping . Breakfast was not included but from the looks of it , seemed really a good mix of dishes . The common area around the hotel was quite nice as well

Although we paid a decent amount for the rooms but the breakfast was not included in the package which i think it should have been but nothing to complain other than that
