From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. Ms. Souhaila at the reception desk was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail truly made a difference. Mr. Hamada was equally outstanding, providing excellent service that made my entire stay much more enjoyable and convenient. The housekeeping service deserves special recognition as well. The housekeeping staff maintained my room to perfection, cleaning professionally and efficiently without any disruption to my schedule. I never felt inconvenienced, as they worked quickly and thoroughly, leaving the room spotless every time. Overall, everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. The combination of excellent facilities and truly exceptional staff created a memorable experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and seeing the wonderful team again soon. The reception staff were so amazing and cooperative and they really did a great job, we all like them and thank them so much. As for house keeping honestly we would like to thank Mr Padam David for being so cooperative and doing an excellent job in house keeping. For The breakfast it was so amazing, the buffet has many different options daily and that was so great actually, besides the idea of ordering a dish from the menu at the breakfast was awesome.

The rove bus had kind of limited options as for the time of departure, maybe if you can add more flexible hours for departure options.

The staff were exceptional - they were so friendly and responsive to every need and requirement. The room was on the small size but it didn’t really matter in the end.There was a small store that was open 24/7 which had everything you would need, and a great restaurant on site. The staff were amazing = I have stayed in a lot of hotels but this one exceeded expectations in every way. The staff went above and beyond - for instance, we missed two wake up calls and they sent a staff member to do a welfare check to make sure we were ok - they care that much. Plus they provided filtered water each day - the room was spotless - housekeeping were very responsive if we needed anything and when we came in from a busy day they had time to chat and ask how things went. They are the best!

Unfortunately, my experience was negatively affected by the behavior of one of the restaurant staff members named Tessy. She was extremely unprofessional, treated me with disrespect, and had a visibly rude and unfriendly attitude. It was disappointing to be spoken to in such a way, especially in a hospitality setting. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure better treatment for future guests.

The staff and their friendliness is what makes any hotel experience memorable. As a frequent rover, i m pleased to see the small changes i had suggested. The breakfast items now moved around, more additions and taste have improved. Danny at breakfast is a star as is Mary and ALL. Prince the Manager was so kind to resolve an issue , his patience and understanding is excellent. Juma, at front desk so kind , Pankaj in housekeeping remembered me and said hello… these may be small things but make big impressions.

I have always disliked the rain showers. They have no pressure and u do not enjoy having a nice shower. The Pillows need an upgrade but not bad.

The beds were comfy, rooms were super neat all the time, staff was so friendly and helpful! We got our food delivered to our room and they even collected our packages for us. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the hotel smells so fresh. They even have a laundry room which was a bonus (we didnt have to go back home with a pile of laundry to do!) The manager even gave us a free copy of the English Quraan which we are so grateful for! Choithrams is right inside for cold drinks, icecreams, pastries and other things.

The music at the pool was on from early hours of the morning and with us staying on the second floor, we could never sleep in because the loud music would wake us up daily. The hairdryer nozzle was also melted plastic and kept falling off.

Great stay, great value for money! Staff was super welcoming, supportive and friendly. They assisted me with all my requests. Thanks to Pankaj my room was always clean and smelled divine. If you’re travelling for work and need space similar to coworking then this hotel would meet your needs for sure: meeting rooms, private booths for video calls, fast WiFi, and they have a mini market. Another thing is their positive acts towards ecology: they bring water in glass bottles whenever you need it and they have refill stations. Good buffet and a la carte. Clean facilities: swimming pool, gym. Gym has towels, water, yoga mats, new equipment. Experience wouldn’t be the same if not for the people who work there-professional and friendly team!

We stayed at the Rove Trade Centre for 5 nights in August. First of all, the breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel is also very good: close to downtown, walking distance to the metro even in the hottest weather. Location, location, location. The room was clean, well equipped and the view was beautiful. We also really liked the pool: there were not many people, the water was chilled and there was fresh cold drinking water. The 24-hour convenience store at the bottom of the hotel was very useful. And the staff: everyone was very nice and smiling. Dani was especially nice.
