Fabulous service, Great Location, Extremely helpful staff! We got upgraded to a bigger room - which was very nice. Additionally we were given a bottle of champagne at the start of our trip and one more at end - which was a very kind gesture. The bathroom has only Clarins products - very impressive. The shower and the rest of the amenities were great. The room and the window was very big in Comparison to most Parisian hotels - the upholstery of the room and the hotel and the overall upkeep is excellent. The reception area is beautifully done up for Christmas/Holiday Season - very cozy and warm. They will go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. The concierge was very helpful too - Fabien is excellent. The location of the hotel is great - love that Saint Honoré was 8 mins away 😀 Definitely coming back 😀

Everything was amazing!

Booked 5 rooms for a family reunion weekend. Rooms were quiet although seemed to vary in size. Helpful staff on Reception and at breakfast, excellent concierge team. Pleasant bar area too. Breakfast was buffet with very good selection in charming room with glass ceiling. Not far from metro station. Plenty of shops nearby and in a nice area. Would definitely recommend.

Small lift! Billing issue on check out (but that was sorted out). One couple moved rooms as had requested with a bath but were given one without (that was sorted out too).

Clean, close to metro. 30 min walk to Musee D'Orsay and Louvre.

The hotel is on a quiet street and although convenient location, not very exciting. The room is dark with inconvenient lighting, there was no outlet next to bed or in the bathroom. The water from the shower leaks on the floor. Not worth the money.

I loved their hospitality, friendliness & professionalism. I had a warm & seamless reception, thanks to Marie-Frances and her colleagues. Was also lucky to get an upgrade to a premium room with a terrace, which had amazing views. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, I Ioved the history behind it. It was my childrens first trip to Paris so I needed it to be the best. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Perfect location for everything. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful.

Our first room overlooked a construction site. Wonderful customer care in reception saw to it that we were moved with zero expense to a quieter room. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Thank you

Everything, The location was great, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. When I checked in I was offered an upgrade by Samuel to an unbelievable suite with 2 rooms a terrace and view of the Eiffel Tower. The suite was truly magical. The Concierge team including Baptist and Aziz went out of their way to make me very happy

There was nothing I didn't like. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly

after a hiccup with our terrace room - this was solved very quickly by the lovely Jacqueline. really enjoyed our stay - good location - easy walking to lovely sites and restaurants.
