Very friendly staff. Very clean. From reception to the room thr hotel is loved and well kept. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was very basic even though quantity was plenty, but quality suffers. I would prefer less but better quality. There is a restaurant underneath which is great but that means that there is a lot of noise so we were not able to sleep till 2 in the morning. Understandable though as you can expect that at a central place where people go to have fun. Generally a very good stay. I would go back but not return to the hotel early or join the people eating and drinking at the restaurant 🤣

The hotel was in a central place in Ioannina, really close to everything. There was private parking for bikes or cars so we could park safely without worries. The staff was really friendly and welcoming.

Regardless that my booking did not have breakfast, I did have breakfast, and paid for it of course. The thing is that I found the breakfast a bit poor. For example there was only filter coffee available. And only one egg per person. For example I do not eat bread but we were served, Tsoureki and bread and Jam, I do not need any of these. If there was an open buffet I would have just chosen the thing that I prefer and this would also cost less for the host as well.

Great central location, perfect for exploring Ioannina and very good value for money. The underground car park was a bonus- you need to contact the hotel to get directions to it. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The room was cleaned daily and towels changed daily. The bathroom was modern with a large shower. Kitchen and cleaning staff very friendly.

Breakfast is fresh and plentiful but could have a little more variety- buffet style would be better. Waste bin needed in the room.

It was clean and tidy, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and soundproof. The location is great. You are close enough to many cafes and restaurants ( 5 minutes walk), the castle, and the lake as well.

The blonde guy in the reception was so grumpy and barely answered our questions, but the rest of the staff were amazing and so kind. We also didn't like the fact that many of the listed amenities like iron and kettle weren't available in the room.

The location is in the center but in a quiet place. The entire hotel has a family feel. The bathroom is a bit small but the housekeeping is very good with towels changed every day and the floor mopped. The breakfast is not buffet but served at table, not western style but one can have an authentic taste of Greece. The staff are friendly.

The very first hotel we met this much clean and cozy. Location is cool as it is in the center of the city so you may take your touristic tour on foot. Rooms are very comfortable. The only thing was missing is the bit softer bed. All was EXCELLENT!!! On our back home we got that my husband's parents had stayed in this hotel when his mom was pregnant and expected my husband. Recommended !!!

Easy walking to the old fort and other interesting areas along the lake shore. Lots of eating and shopping places all around. We felt safe in the neighborhood. There is a military installation across the street and the city hall is just around the corner. They have secure underground parking just a few doors down. Breakfast was served including proteins, sweets, coffee, tea, etc.

Very small elevator is typical and the way from street to elevator through basement area was a challenge for us as older folks. Street traffic is pretty crazy getting to the area of the hotel if you are driving.

Big room very clean, great location. Underground parking was also great.

Breakfast wasn’t as expected. It said American buffet on our confirmation but it was a very basic breakfast of one boiled egg, 2 pieces of pie, a cheese and ham toasted sandwich, bread jam and honey. There was no choice. When my husband asked if he could have an omelette. He was told this is standard now. This would be fine if it was expected. Maybe the hotel should amend the description.

Loved the friendly and cozy atmosphere. Really helpful, hospitable and thoughtful staff. Perfect spot (walking distance) for scrolling around the city's main sites. Super plus the free parking around the corner with easy access. Central location, yet quiet and safe. Exceeded our expectations and it's going to be my number one recommendation!

We had arrived from Thessaloniki earlier than the time for check in. Mr George welcomed us and straight away gave us the key for early check in. We really appreciate it. Aggeliki, Mimosa in the tasting Breakfast service were extremely helpful.. The room was spacious with a sitting area, 2 televisions,2 balconies , renovated bathroom, walking distance from all the facilities. I totally recommend it to everyone.
