The gentleman making omelette was excellent. The rest of the breakfast was not impressive.

The pool was under construction and we didn’t know. It was why we chose that hotel. My daughter is only 8 and she hates out business trips so the pools are her reward for having to suffer through all the boring work stuff. So no pool for her. I felt terrible. We drive 11 straight hours to get there at 1:30 am and find out they don’t have a pool. But, if we wanted to go to a hotel a block away, they are sharing that hotel’s pool and we were welcome to it. It was 7° outside this weekend. Not going outside after swimming.

Thermostat in room didn’t want to cool the room. The lines for the cocktail hr were awful. It’s hard for this Senior to stand that long. Then when I was next they ran out of what I wanted. The appetizers were not what they used to be and kids were being kids and cutting in line and using hands to grab for the food. It was disgusting.

Clean room. Everything I needed. Happy hour with appetizers was great. Breakfast, even though after 9 am, was a big spread. Staff helped me fill a plate even though they were doing their job to put food away. That was nice of them. Good people. Used the walk way from garage, that was nice.

Cant think of a thing. Will choose embassy suites again

Breakfast was great as always at Embassy Suites. Large selection with made to order food. Also, we made it in time to have the free cocktail on the evening we arrived. That is really a nice touch.

The property is starting to feel just a bit dated, but our room was still great. It looks like they are planning to start renovating this year, which will likely bring this property up to current trends. The location of this hotel still cannot be beat if you are visiting camps.

Parking at $25 valet is expensive. Parking App is unfriendly and took ten minutes to pay online. Hotel must fix this pricey and inconvenient service. This is Lincoln Nebraska not New York City!

Overall was good. Hotel is undergoing renovations so some areas blocked off and typical construction clutter/mess but not too bad. Hot in jets/bubblers did not work and looked like filtration system was not working adequately. Bed and room were great!

Hotel rooms are a great size, evening reception is a nice perk however, the snacks were terrible. Breakfast was good, but should last longer than 9 AM location is great staff or friendly the lady working the breakfast on the day of our stay was super friendly.

The evening reception needs to be improved with better snacks and it needs to be cleaned up. It was quite a mess during the evening reception. The breakfast needs to last longer than 9 AM. People are traveling and that is an unrealistic time to be open.

We were in town for a concert. Not only was the arena within walking distance, but so many other area attractions were as well. The Hotel provided many activities including children on property and to have multiple options for meals within the Hoyel as well made for a very relaxing stay.

Parking was across the street and had to carry baggage into hotel instead of having access from the garage to the hotel via the Skywalk. Although I understand why, it would've been nice. We did get to use it to carry out though.

Clean and nice and located downtown

Difficulty checking in because Booking.com didn’t push the reservation through and their customer service rep was ineffective. Thankful to Nick Greiss, the manager at Embassy for getting us rebooked at the same booking.com rate

Location, easy to walk to other places.

My only disappointment was the buffet breakfast. The eggs were obviously from a carton. No flavor, cold, the hash browns were burnt and cold. The gravy for biscuits was also lacking flavor and was lukewarm. The line to the chef was too long to wait.
