Such a spectacular, peaceful place of paradise right near the beach. Loved being able to take a short walk through the beautiful neighborhood to the beach to watch the sunset. Enjoyed the details in every room and the decor. The staff was outstanding -- making accommodation for us, especially for our Christmas dinner. The apartment was the perfect set-up for our larger family. The whole place couldn't be more perfect! Such friendly staff -- so understanding of our unique situation. Definitely recommend!!!

Absolutely one of the most beautiful places to stay in South Africa. I've stayed here before and everytime I am Absolutely blown away. The service is friendly, the places are clean and elegant, with a like home touch. The charm of France between the beautiful South African terrain. The crisp white bedsheets, soft lush bath towels- the made from scratch breakfast ( please note, this team literally makes the breakfast from scratch for you) all beautifully finished off with the charming decor, make this a treat. Laze by the pool, do some work in the charming living area or rest on your balcony with a glass of wine while watching the exotic birds in the large fiddle leaf fig trees. I've overheard many people say they wish they could stay longer due to this places lovely atmosphere,so you've been prepared.

House is big for a family of 6. Very relaxed home . It is kids friendly. The whole place is vintage but when you enter the house we booked at, it got a modern look. Ideal for people who want to spend a weekend away with family. Breakfast was also good. Not a buffet but English breakfast choice is also good. The staff was very helpful and friendly even towards the kids.

The whole experience was lovely. Peaceful , friendly staff . Overall excellent. My only concern, not knowing the area that well was on Booking dot com I was lead to believe that the hotel was on the beach, see photo. Perhaps I missed something, but was a little disappointed that the beach was further away. I was looking forward to smelling , hearing and seeing the ocean.

It was my second visit to Petite Provence. I stayed at the Apartment, beautiful, modern, clean and was comfortable for my 5 kids and two parents. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. The location and rooms are upmarket. It is located 300m from the beach. No loadshedding. Owner looked after us. Close to Salt Rock Shopping Centre and many other shops.

The B&B does not offer lunch or dinner. However, it met my expectations, as I preferred to order takeaways or go out for dinner.

Petite Provence B&B guest rooms and communal areas are very well appointed and the decor is authentic. The rooms are very large and meet all the needs a traveller may have. The breakfasts were generous and fresh. The property location is close enough to the main shopping areas and restaurants whilst being far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle - offering a quiet and private retreat. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The wi-fi connectivity was not fast or reliable enough in the room for a business traveller but fortunately I had taken my own back-up along and the signal was adequate to suits my needs.

Breakfast was good, wish there was more of a selection but it was still very high quality. The room was almost perfect so big bonus there. Really beautiful, tranquil place. I'd highly recommend it

The hot water ran out frequently

We stayed there only one night on our way from Durban airport to the game reserves in the North. We had a very comfortable stay in the villa which was very spacious, nicely furbished and clean. The place is very quiet. They don't have a restaurant and there's not much around for dinner, but we found a great Mozambican restaurant close to the beach and really enjoyed the food. The breakfast was nice, plenty of choices, fresh and good quality food. The owner whom we met in the morning was very friendly.

Beautiful gardens and decor. Rustic look of furniture and decorations throughout was great. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Shower water pressure was too low. Shower water temperature was low so not a very pleasant showering experience. Tried contacting the office using the number provided for help to set up the tv-no answer and call was not returned.

I was checked into room 4. Very pleasant and comfortable. Downside a leak behind the toilet that was flooding the right-hand side of the toilet. I had to place a towel on the floor to stop the water flooding the bathroom. In the morning on checking the towel it was soaking. I did report it on check out.
