Cleanliness

I asked if extras were available and was told it was a little late for that so I brought in my own extras to setup and thando from reception was kind enough to allow me to setup, but when I asked for wine glasses to use in the room I was refused - needed it to set up a wine, rose petal and canapés for a wedding couple to make it a little more special however the barman refused. Expected us to use the cups in the rooms as wine glasses! We had to then go out into the town and purchase our own wine glasses.

It was peaceful and quite.

Didn't like that we were given a keycard that didn't work there is no lifts so you have to walk all the way back down from the 3rd floor and it still didn't work. The light in the carpet passage shone under the door the entire night making the room bright. The fact that you have to go and iron your clothes in a central location isn't hygienic. The carpets in passages look old and need some Tlc. I suggest removing it and putting laminar floors like you have in the rooms.

Friendly quiet clean

The kettle exploded when we switched it on...Fixed quickly by maintenance though...MNET went off and could not watch favorite movies...All other channels worked...said it was aerial weather signal interference but how come all other channels were working..... No milk for coffee...Creamora...not milk..Riccoffy chicary mixed coffee instead of Instant Nescafe coffee....not enough sugar. Breakfast too expensive.

The staff provides a truly warm reception. The breakfast was delicious, facility was fantastic for relaxation.

The waiting period for room cleaning is excessively long, especially for a two-night booking. I had to wait until almost 14:00 for my room to be cleaned, and regrettably, they failed to change my bed linen, resulting in me having to sleep in the same sweaty linens over the hot weekend.

The bed was good, the bathroom was good, the linen was nice and clean, and the aircon was a bonus.

The seal on the shower door was broken, and the shower head was leaking from the wall. A small table to sit by would be very nice, as there is no place to work with a laptop. There could be a few extra channels on the tv to select from.

Very nice and close to amenities, comfortable and staff lovely and helpful

Cleaning staff did not do a good job in the room I occupied, I found things I should not have, TV remote controller fell behind pedestal and when picking it up I found things I didn't want to see or even expect to find due to poor job of the cleaners definitely. No bathroom brushes as well

The entire set up was so modern , the friendly staff who Always helped with a beautiful smile and not forgetting the manager who found The time to greet us and Make us feel comfortable.

Upgrade on the tv channels, also a warning about any functions to held so clients could’ve planned around it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was the main highlight for the weekend...ow not forgetting the breakfast best breakfast at a very reasonable price. The lady who was serving us, such a lovely lady with exceptional customer service. We are surely coming again.

Overall appearance of the place is beautiful, the reception area is arranged beautifully, it's welcoming, the colours used are calming

The parking marks and directions to parkings behind the building are not clear or not there, not sure, as a result I almost knocked on someone's car. I only realised when I was leaving that there are other parkings behind the building. So it would be easier if there can be a visible sign signalling parkings around the corner as well.
