The reception from arriving until my departure was so warm and lovely that it made my stay exceptionally special. I was celebrating a birthday, and they were kind enough to sing for me and give a gift, nothing big but very special. So breakfast was really good, there is a two-course breakfast available with a cold starter and a warm main course. If you like coffee there are options available, personally I enjoyed the dark hot chocolate and the cranbury juice. I also booked a spa treatment and would happily recommend you check it out, there are couple options and you can get your foot treatment by the pool if you choose.

The property was safe and the distance from the hotel to the beach was very short. The property was not far from town where you find all the restaurants so overall it’s a good location. Hotel stuff is friendly and service is exceptional. Their daily breakfast was delicious and fresh. The price is quiet the rules ensure that it’s a peaceful and quiet environment

When two more people use the showers that water gets cold. TV is outdated with only DSTV , YouTube and Netflix not available

I was thoroughly impressed by the immaculate condition of the room. It was well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and other conveniences that made my stay even more pleasant. The daily provision of bottled water was a nice touch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. Breakfast was customized to my preferences and delivered right to my room, which I greatly appreciated. Communication with the staff was seamless, making it easy to address any issues. I loved spending time by the pool, relaxing with a good book, and unwinding in the serene environment. The location of the property was perfect—just steps away from upscale restaurants and the beach, making it an ideal spot for a luxurious getaway.

A small adjustment... Cleaning staff need to be mindful of noise levels (kitchen extractor fan/loud talking) around the rooms near the kitchen in the mornings because some guests may wish to sleep in till 9am.

La Perle was such a treat! Very accessible. The perfect location in Ballito - walking distance from all the attractions in the surrounding, close by shopping centers, restaurants and the beach. The best coffee and two course breakfast with the loveliest staff, we ate at the restaurant one morning and chose to have breakfast in our room looking out the pool the other. Very modern and neat rooms which made the stay very comfortable. The receptionist was so helpful, we had an early morning arrival flight and late night departure, she took care of our bags and made sure we were taken care of while roaming around in Ballito. Will definitely be back, we had a blast!

The Food was AMAZING, the staff was also very friendly. The room was spacious and very nice. Enjoyed our welcome drinks as well. Pool is gorgeous as well

The rooms are a bit close to each other, we could hear what our neighbours were saying. Please also maybe consider making your branding on the outside wall a different colour so that it stands out because we drove passed the place on arrival as we didn't see any signage

The owners - Christine and Brittany went out of their way to make us feel welcome and relaxed on our holiday! A welcome drink on arrival and personally showed us to the 2 rooms available to allow us to chose either a pool/garden view. They offered us the opportunity of having breakfast in the dinning room, or brought to us on our own private patio, lovely touch!

There is absolutely nothing that we would fault

Great location. The breakfasts were delicious and different each day. It was nice to be able to have breakfast served at our room overlooking the pool area. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Lovely pool.

Bathroom sink was tiny. The room smelt a bit damp and musty when we arrived. Pillows were too soft.

The location is fantastic and right by the Main beach and Thompsons beach is also quite close. The facilities are absolutely beautiful! The breakfast was wonderful, the host was very accommodating and pleasant. We asked to change to the pool view and they graciously moved us at an additional small fee. The views were just too stunning not to wake up to each morning :). We LOVED the pool and the place was nice and peaceful.

Absolutely everything, such a peaceful stay, breakfast was great, staff were extremely attentive and catered to our needs and dietary requirements.

Nothing, everything was perfect I would suggest that the budget rooms get a shower caddy, it does become difficult to get toiletries whilst in the shower.
