The hotel itself was clean, staff was amazing, the area is super safe as well. My son enjoyed the pool the most and the spacious room. The food was good with good prices. I would recommend Hampshire any day. Thank you.

Just the part about breakfast and room service. They don’t do room service for breakfast but I’m sure that can be worked upon.

Staff were very friendly. Felt safe and secure. Room is spacious and clean. Microwave, Kettle and Fridge were amazing to have in the room.

Room feels aged (old). Can do with a modern touch. *We did see they are upgrading rooms and removing the carpets. Door key stopped working twice in the full week that we spent here. Door would jam some times when opening and need a firm push. Reception did assist with the Door issue when we reported it.

The exceptional servuce from the staff. Snethemba has great customer service. The facilities are clean. This was a great value for out money. We truly enjoyed our stay even the environment is kids friend. Nokwanda at the reception welcomed me very well, and I felt at home. She went beyond her duties.

The bathroom needs serious renovation with immediate effect. There are some stains of leakage on the wall. Some places are broken. I can not go back because of that bathroom. The generator was very close to my room. Curtains are no longer moving. They need to be fixed. I also need an option to use steps if I want to. I don't trust lifts, but I was forced to use lifts because the steps were locked. They didn't open them even when I asked for it.

I wish that they can improve on breakfast,food was not nice and coffee was very cold

There was no hot water,we have to bath using cold water,gyser was faulty and there was no hot water the whole hotel building

The location of the Hotel is perfect. The security at the gate perfect to the reception staff and cleaners even the guys doing maintenance I think we met Masinga guy all in all thank.you

The property was/is closer to all convenient areas in Ballito.

Lower tier coffee in the room, at least something better than Recoffey

24 hrs front desk availability of staff and rooms have a microwave and air open enough.

No fault to the property, there was a group of young stars and their couch, man they were noisy but the reception informed us and advised that if we experience disturbances because of the noise we should let them know.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Loved the convenience to all place.

The 1st night in the room, bedding was not clean. It was changed the next day. Once baby cot is fitted you can't move around. Space too small with baby cot

Very comfortable. We had trouble with our Tv. The staff did try and fix it, but they couldn’t. So for the 5 days tv was questionable.
