because I'm so much but is a place I will prefer to be over and over, the quietness and the connection to the natural like the raining a car running you are getting the voice but sounds very far makes you know that I am in the center of the city with the view of the town and the same time you can just fell down in your bed you will feel that you are in another I can't explain it you know but the bottom line of it is it gives you the sense of connecting to realization in my opinion maybe someone is myself different but for me I love that place I love that facility I enjoyed my room

the bed should be seriously taking care of I spend most of my time there tonight for the first time I can't believe the noise from the bed no I just sat down on the bed and there was like what is happening here I make it a request for that to be changed but yes it was touched cuz when I came back I couldn't get that feeling or that noise as it is before but it's still there but from that can't complain because I will be saying something that is not in existence or something I didn't see

Great hotel. Booked online about ten minutes before arriving. Wasn't given the room I booked because staff was checking someone in at the reception and gave them my room before the reservation went through. There was no problem, they gave me another room equal or even better to the one I booked for the same price. Staff was amazing. Room was for people with disability (which was fine with me) and had an accessible bathroom stall that proved rather uncomfortable to shower in, but no big deal. Beds were great. Had smart tv, so I could connect my phone to it and watch my series. The hotel has a shopping mall nearby, so for someone that wants to grab a quick bite at the foodcourt, it is fantastic.

Black out curtain didn't totally close, so the room was a little brighter in the morning that I would have liked. No big deal.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The receptionist gave us lots of helpful information on arrival and pointed out some good things to do during our stay as well as providing all the usual necessary information about the stay. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great- we particularly liked the fresh orange juice machine! it was also really useful to be able to park our hire car at the hotel for the duration, as we found we didn't need it to get around during our stay. We also liked the free coffee machine!

There wasn't really anything. The hotel was exactly what we were expecting.

We had a very good experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome. The hotel is well-located with good amenities, but the room's cleanliness could be improved, and some of the furniture is in need of updating. Despite these issues, it was an enjoyable stay overall, and I would recommend it to others visiting Vitoria. Parking is very easy.

Lack of cleanliness

Perfect-sized studio for two people: we had stayed in the twin bed option. Room: Beds were firm and comfortable. Kitchen was well sized, with a small induction plate for cooking, a microwave and a mini fridge. Location: Great location next to the huge shopping mall/center and a 17-20 minute walk to the center. Staff: Very helpful and friendly

The room was obviously well used (scratches on the floor, for example) and a tiny bit dusty. Not enough body wash or shampoo. Otherwise, fine.

Clean, comfortable modern hotel near a large shopping centre. Room was comfortable although the shower was on the small side. Good breakfast although we were surprised to see that what we presumed were the hot dishes seemed to have been brought in from elsewhere rather than being prepared on site. Underground parking was good with easy access and on a Saturday night plenty of spaces.

As other people have commented, the entrance to the hotel by car is not easy to find. We had the impression that this hotel is primarily for business people as the restaurant was not open on Saturday evenings and it was necessary to go out to eat. This was not easy with someone with difficulty walking and of course everywhere was extremely busy.

The beds were soooooo comfortable!!!! The room was amazing! The babycot so fun and colorful with also a little bag with amenities for our kid, a little hairbrush, a duck sponge, toothbrush/paste, shampoo and washing gel. I thought it was so thoughtful! Very modern room, we had a suite. It was so beautiful. Breakfast was really fresh, with fresh orange juice! I would definitely recommend it! And private parking next to hotel, very safe.

We picked this hotel because of it's central location.everything is in walking distance.shops restaurant and shopping.easy parking.close to town centre.breakfast was. Plenty full.our junior suite was big . fridge.mircowave.hob so enough to cook a small meal. 2 TV. And free WiFi would recommend this hotel.

There wasn't anything we didn't like .the staff were very helpful.

Easy to access, and convenient EV charging included in the cost of parking.

The cot for our daughter was made in an unsafe manner with loose sheets and an unbelievably squeaky plastic mattress that woke all of us every time she moved. Also, the dishes at the breakfast buffet were filthy - “clean” plates had food waste in the stack, and food residue on all of the plates and glasses.

Fab facilities, lovely room for 3 of us, nice sized bathroom and great toiletries available free of charge. Room also had a microwave and sink, would have been nice to have tea and coffee in the room, however this was provided 24hrs in the reception area and free of charge which was really good. Breakfast was an extra charge however it was really good and there was plenty of choice. The location seemed really good however we arrived too late to explore.
