- It was clean and new. The location was superb as the chair lift station was just behind. Perfect for amateu skiers also. - Good selection of breakfast. - Staff were welcoming.

- Charged for extra water. Usually hotels provide water bottles for free. Carry a lot of your own water because the charges for water are high and unreasonable. - They even wanted to charge for a 3 pin adapter. Other hotels gave us for free to use and return. - The main window was locked all the time and opened up very little, which made us feel a little claustrophobic. But the manager opened it up for once we requested.

I like the room cozy and warm, all inclusive with affordable price ! Turkish cuisine in buffet, food is delicious and super filling, staff are nice and fancy. I advice you to ride the cable car to hike in the mountains, it is beautiful, it will be worth to walk around and see the view when it’s clear .

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ayhan who was very kind and warm hearted. Great to escape the busyness of Istanbul and a perfect location for our hike to the summit of Uludağ (22km round trip on good paths). Breakfast was great! The cable car journey up was very impressive.

Not really a problem but the spa wasn't open as we went well out of season. Food was pricey but normal for a ski resort.

We visited Uludag during off season when most of the resorts are closed in this ski station. But this property was open and a restaurant onsite was also functioning. We reached around 9pm, staffs were very welcoming and our check-in was swift, we were provided all the information. Hotel was clean, room was amazing and every detail was unique. We had our dinner at the onsite restaurant which served mainly Italian dishes and we really liked the food. Breakfast was amazing and in huge variety, very filling. Looking forward to come back and highly recommend.

The hotel is right in the middle of the Karkay and Beceren tracks, and you can reach the two tracks on foot in 2 minutes. The ski room in the hotel is amazing people. The ski equipment is clean and high quality, the employees are qualified and there are great ski instructors for those who want to take lessons. In the ski room, Resul Bey was our assistant in every way. You can go directly to the piste from the ski room. The view from the rooms overlooks the runway. There is a beautiful forest and snow view. The bed and pillows are perfect for sleeping. Room and shower are warm, towels are clean. The hotel is nicely decorated. It has a private a la carte restaurant.

The design of the hotel and all the materials used are of very high quality. But it was a little insufficient in terms of room cleaning. It definitely deserves to be better. Breakfast was insufficient on the first day, it was open buffet on the second day. But a hotel like yours with great comfort and perfect location deserves better.

room very small but clean and tidy location near to ski lift, they have good ski store with very nice staff and equipment breakfast and dinner was very good and delicious tea break was average and tea finished very early before finish the break lobby not big but nice and tidy they have small gaming room and children salon

we had small problems with reception and valet guys but supervisor was not helpful at all and did not seriously try to solve the problem, we had to argue with them a lot to take our rights. valet guys were nice except old man he was very rude and shouting and not welling to take his responsibilities well and want to do everything by his way even if wrong, even he was shouting with another guest, we had to call the supervisor again to at least solve the issue (they lost our snow chain and want to sell us used one with 1500 TRY !!!)

It was a two-night stay, but I was surprised that the room was small and the view modest, but I rely thank Mr. Eray the sales manager, for containing the matter and making an upgrade to a room with a wonderful view but it consisted of three single beds which is cost me 85 Euro and it did not make a problem for me. The location of the hotel is exceptional because it is located in the middle of a lively and snowy area and I liked the restaurant and café on the first floor with its unique view and wonderful atmosphere. One of the most wonderful things that is what Miss Gizem is doing in terms of attention and care from the moment of confirming the reservation and before traveling until my arrival at the hotel and what she offers of services and assistance even after our arrival. She was fluent in English, as well the hotel staff. Sure, I will back again, and the hotel will be my first choice.
