The room and bathroom were comfortable, spacious, and clean. There was plenty of room for us to stretch out our luggage without tripping over anything. The room was very modern, with central control of all room functions from a tablet located between the beds. Really loved the location right outside the main shopping street so you have the convenience without the in your face crowds. We appreciated that the elevator took you right into the metro station. Also, even though there was construction outside, which the hotel warned us about, we never heard a thing. We didn't even hear the motorbikes zooming on the streets.

We like location, quality of property, cleanest, calmness, comfort, direct connection to the metro (remember to check your exit), available water/juice in room, breakfast, AC system which we regulate, bar at top floor. Staff was professional and impeccable! There is convenience store in the basement but also near by. Excellent value for money!

Sometimes noice from powerful motorcycles can be heart but not at all an issue.

The rooms were much larger than others I've stayed in in Japan. The location of the hotel was very convenient as it's very close to Shinsaibashi Shopping Street and Dohtonbori, as well as other large malls like Marui and Takashimaya, and yet the area is not too busy. There is also direct access from the hotel to the Namba Midosuji metro line at Basement 1, and a Family Mart on the ground floor. Breakfast was very good, too. There were daily specials that changed for every day we were there. Good and tasty selection of Asian and Western dishes. The vinegar honey yuzu juice was great!!! Rooms and bathroom felt new and were exceptionally clean.

Front desk staff exceptional. Halfway throughout our stay we had an issue with our room. Without any hesitation they dealt with it straight away and moved us to another room.

Breakfast and some breakfast serving staff very unhelpful. Buffet Breakfast is meant to be served until 10am, to leave by 10.30am. Though if you turn up after 9.15-9.20 do not expect for anything to be topped up. Very small selection of fruit and salad vegetables which is never topped up. I asked for slice of bread around 9.45 as there was none left, reaction of member of staff was unacceptable as if I committed crime.

Location of this hotel was perfect with the M Line subway access being in the basement level of the hotel with quick access to Shin-Osaka, Umeda, etc. as well as the nankai line nearly. We were quick walking distance to Dotombori without all the chaos and noise in that area. Breakfast was good with many options both western and Japanese. Beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful and several had good English which helped us a lot. Takashimaya department store is close with many wonderful restaurants on top levels.

Rooms were very small. There was a smell that felt like I was in my grandmother’s house. For what we paid for our room, I just expected a little nicer room. Wish they had put as much effort into the rooms as they did public spaces.

Not a complaint, but I was expecting much more. Felt like something was missing all around. Maybe the pictures gave an impression of something bigger and more refined - so it was like staying in a business hotel when looking for a luxurious stay. Also, the top bar had a limited opening hours, where I wasn’t happily greeted at 10:30 and promptly told that they could serve me at most one drink (which came as a half dose).

We first walked past this hotel on our last trip to Osaka. We were drawn to the aesthetic of the exterior building. When we did our stay here, we had an exceptional time. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the check in and check out process was smooth. The room we stayed in was open, spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet was full of variety with a mix of Asian/Western foods for breakfast. The location was extremely convenient with it being close to Dotonbori, not to mention the entrance of the subway station track was right on the basement of the property.

Beautifully appointed rooms, large twin size beds and great bathrooms with dual style shower heads (the one right above you and then regular) with really good pressure. We appreciated the complimentary abundant bottled water every day - I think it was at least 4 bottles. Accessories are in the rooms to charge your phones, laptops etc and are very much appreciated. Namba train station is literally underneath at basement level via hotel lift and there is also access via doorway by the lifts to a handy mart convenience store.

The pillows are terribly thin and uncomfortable but i think this might be the norm in Japan

It was very modern, clean, great location in a very lively part of Osaka. Max 20 floors, so good if one doesn't like too high buildings. Comfortable room and beds. Possible to open window a bit.Quiet air-conditioning. The breakfast was very good and nice. All staff very friendly. Super easy to go to Shin-Osaka by metro.

Automatic light in entrance not ideal for going up discreetly in the night. Some noice from racing cars and mc could be heard. No gym

Very clean and new facilities, comfortable beds. Staff were helpful. Location is excellent, especially if you're taking the rapit airport transfer to/from kansai international airport. We also liked that it was within walking distance from dotonburi and kuromon market, so plenty of food nearby.

Hotel could consider having water filters alongside ice machines on each floor, instead of providing new bottles of water everyday. This would probably be more environmentally friendly in the long term.
