The whole staff at Crowne Plaza were extremely kind and cooperative. However, the restaurant team including the Mgr were the best; the food was delicious and the team carried a pleasant demeanor at all times and were great at assisting. I want to highlight Pratik specifically who was so proactive, cheerful and helpful.

The front desk waiting time and the amenities in the washroom were disappointing..The body lotion was old and had a bad odor. There were not enough hand towels while the bath towels were worn out and not of good standard. If the housekeeping amenities can be improved we would love to have more stays at the Koregaon Park property!

Staff were excellent and most polite people in this hotel! Good breakfast and descent size room! Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and all staff members should be proud of themselves in providing excellent care and support to guests!

One furniture (hairdryer drawer) was broken, risking cut in the fingers due to exposed nails! Towel supply was often forgotten until reminded on two of the four mornings! Hand shower connector pipe could be longer for tall person person use, though overhead shower was working fine! The hair dryer was missing but promptly supplied!

Excellent hotel located in the center of Pune city, near the train station and Koreagon park. Rooms are great with all comfort. All the staff is professionnal, dedicated and supportive. At the ground floor, next the pool, there is a comfortable and good restaurant providing Indian, East-Asia and European/Italian food through buffet or menu / a la carte. Excellent gym, spa and club at the top of the building.

Nice big hotel where my most positive remarks go to the staff, both at the reception desk and at the restaurant, always ready to answer your requests and questions in a very friendly and efficient manner! Rooms are spacious and comfortable, as well as the beds. 5 star breakfast and the restaurant was very good at finding alternatives for non-spicy food.

The location is not excellent, noisy...as most locations in India... but quite close to the railway station and not far from most centers of interset

Stay was very comfortable.

When I booked it online, I by mistake booked a double bed option. I immediately called the hotel and requested to allot me a king size bed. They told me they will arrange it at the time of check-in. But when I reached the hotel, the lady at reception refused to do it. After multiple requests from me, she said she will do it as a special gesture from her side. This kind of response was not acceptable from such a premium property.

Hospitality, buffet breakfast, location. They upgraded us a request due to longer stay. It was much appreciated.

Room had some roaches which were removed by the staff on reporting. After that we didn’t see them again. The cleaning staff need to do more in terms of cleaning areas which are not accessible easily or ignored during normal cleaning. For example, the ledge of the window had dust settled which seems accumulated for days.

We initially got a room where the AC was below par.. was not cooling the room.. the technician eventually turned up after 3 to 4 summons n tried to resolve the issue saying it will cool soon.. another half hour elapsed n nothing changed.. I lost my cool after which we immediately got upgraded to a suite.. on the 1st floor.. after that the stay was excellent... Vikas was good

The maintenance and quality of the food is awesome. Also, the staff is very helpful, calm, treats you always with a smiling face, greets you properly every time.I will thank specially Smruti who had helped me a lot during the stay and taken care of ever details I requested for. I am very much satisfied with my stay and will visit soon.

It would be nice if the room service was a little faster and the swimming pool was cleaner

Need to recheck IRD menu price (specially night menu price), buffet tag need to mention allergens, IRD don't have born vita in the night (if you have in the menu then pls try to give), IRD staff need to checkn AC need to check before arriving the guest. Overall stay was good.

Excellent location with Pune Railway Station just a short distance away and a nearby metro station for added convenience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great stay!
