Fantastic friendly staff, clean property, restaurant food is excellent - good variety, breakfast buffet was delicious, lots of people came from other hotels for Gran La Walon’s breakfast - the restaurant was busy but service and quality remained excellent. Close to everything, Circle K just across the street, money changers, laundry, 10 minute walk to the beach, Zen day spa great for massages (highly recommend), Leanne Beauty great for beauty - eyelash extensions, ear candle, manicure, pedicure, braids (highly recommend)

It’s located very central so the street is very busy and in turn noisy - all day AND night. I had a “city view” which was on the busy street.

Stayed here a couple of times, staff are friendly and helpful, the pool is kept clean. The restaurant shows both the NRL and AFL and the food is good and very reasonably priced. Before I checked out I accidently broke a very small piece of crockery that held the satchels of coffee etc. They charged me around $7.00, I wasn't concerned about the charge, but if I was the manager I would not have charged a good returning customer for this trivial thing.

I loved the cleanliness of the rooms the room attendants are amazing at what they do. As Bali is hot, I found the pool the pool to be a welcome relief from the heat. There was always a happy attendant there to bring towels, drinks and food.

It’s very close to the sea but also to the main street with restaurants, bars and local shops. Good price for the food. Nice stuff.

The shower was not closing very well because of its structure, therefore some water was going out. Diversify more the breakfast, especially the fruits and cereals. Also the meat would be great to diversify as having everyday bacon and chicken sausage is not the best. The juice in the morning was always the same and not natural at all. They made some very good natural juices but you had to pay extra. The extra money for the check out is too much compared to one night.

The pool was the main reason i picked this hotel and it met my expectations. The breakfast was good and we used their restaurant a few times. The staff were welcoming. The laneway out front of the hotel wasz very busy with motor scooters but we learnt to navigate our way and had no mishaps . Good restaurants nearby a nd only a 10 minute walk to the beach and the Beachside mall. Will definitely return. Great value for the price we paid.

We would have liked to have had 2 doorkeys but accept their policy. It just makes it more convenient if we go out separately.good s ervice friendly staff and clean rooms. Good pool for lap swimming.

The staff were absolutely amazing. They were so attentive to everyone's needs. They played with the kids and brought them little chocolate wafers every time they saw our kids. They knew our names by day one and would ask us how our day was going every single day. The rooms were nice and clean and the interconnecting room was perfect. The location itself is great, walking distance to everything you need. The breakfast was good for the price you pay. The only downfall was the pool was pretty cold but that would not stop us from staying there again. All in all it is a great hotel.

Continental breakfast with good variety. Staff are in general quite nice and helpful. There’s the possibility to do a late check-out for an extra fee (300k). Nice swimming pool area. Room was very comfy. Located in the heart of Kuta/Legian.

I booked a room with “Pool view” (and not “City view”) because I explicitly wanted to avoid being close to the street (I had read some reviews about the hotel being located in a very busy street and being quite noisy). This was not enough in the end: our balcony was towards the pool, but our door was towards an open corridor overlooking the busy street. The door had 0 noise cancellation. Make sure you specify you want a “quiet” room.

The amenities were good and the restaurant was great food and good value for money - cheaper than on the streets generally. It was nice to have a balcony and we thought it was a lot quieter than we expected. Super handy having a circle k across the road also for bits and bobs. Easy walk to Kuta beach and the air conditioning was good. The location was great - close to lots of shops and so many massage places.

Our hot water went out during our stay - we mentioned to reception which they were responsive on getting someone to fix. The hot water wasnt a problem as a cool shower was refreshing because it was so hot.

Friendly helpful staff. Good sized rooms with all amenities, although the shower was a bit small and it wasn't possible to close the door on it (unless you are very small and thin). The pool is a great feature, but on the day I was there half the people with pool facing rooms appeared to be having an impromptu pool party- plenty of beefy boys wading around holding beers etc, which may or may not be your scene.

City View room means a room facing away from the pool as above, but facing the street. The live music in the bars on the street doesn't finish till about midnight, and I was woken about 6am by the sound of the traffic below getting going. Take your ear plugs if you're not a deep sleeper

Room was great - appreciated the daily bottled water. Loved the pool area and the happy hour cocktails. Excellent breakfast with variety each day and great customer service - would definitely recommend and stay again.

We were in a front street room and there was outside noise late at night and early morning which was to be expected staying in such a central location. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony early morning watching the street wakeup ! If we were staying longer next time I would probably request a back room away from the street.
