Exceptional hotel close to everything in Kitzbuhel. We used this hotel as our home base for our wedding events in Kitz. The staff was extremely accommodating and thoughtful- they left us wonderful Christmas gifts and decorated our room on the night of our wedding. The bar was perfect for a family happy hour with very attentive staff. The breakfast bar was the best upscale setup I’ve seen with the option for custom omelettes and the one dinner we had there was amazing as well. The rooms are spacious and ours had a beautiful porch with Mountain Views. The spa area, pools, saunas, and relaxation rooms were well thought out and beautiful. Parking was easy and plentiful and the huge ski/boot room was a great perk. The hotel is absolutely beautiful!

Our stay at Hotel Erika was extremely pleasant. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms are extremely clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly, with special praise for Mr. Nenad who helped us with useful information. The food in the hotel is excellent, the swimming pools are nice, the gym is well equipped, the ski locker room is very spacious. Our vacation at Hotel Erika was one of the best, its location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the center. Very peaceful surroundings and very kind people. We haven't even left yet, but we already want to come back... I hope we will have the opportunity to stay in hotel Erika again :)

We absolutely loved our stay at the ERIKA! The room was warm, with dark colorway. All the staff were so very nice to us! The breakfast buffet was some of our favorites during our trip to Austria. It was a premium price, but I felt this was a premium hotel. I was hoping for an iron in the room, but no such luck. My guess is if I requested one, they would bring it right up or they would have pressed my shirt for me! Nothing for us to dislike about this property! Thank you ERIKA staff for making our stay in Kitzbühel a very memorable one!

Breakfast and dinner was served at the hotel. While at first we worried we might miss going to other restaurants in town, after skiing all day, we were grateful to have a one-stop-shop to relax. We did a lot of exploring and had some great meals on the mountain during the day, and thought the breakfast and dinner were perfect relaxing bookends to that adventuring.

The hotel was really really hot which we solved by keeping the windows open but it seemed like the heat was cranked up beyond what was reasonably necessary.

Staff were very nice, breakfast omelet was very good. Evening meals were very good and something to look forward to, hotel is nice.

The beds were a little too hard for me, I like a soft mattress. Indoor pools were a little small, jacuzzi would have been nice for sore legs. The location is a bit of a distance from lifts and 5 mins from the town center, there was a shuttle in the morning, but you need to take the town bus home which stops 200m from the hotel and only runs every 30 mins or so (or its a 10 min walk).

Location was great, an easy walk into the centre of the city. Transport to the lift/ski hire shop Staff were exceptional Good bar and Reiner made some spectacular cocktails Restaurant food was as good as we hoped it would be

The lighting in the room was terrible if you wanted to do anything after dark (that didn't involve watching TV). A few more cooked breakfast options would be good

We were half board. Breakfast and Evening meal was excellent. Lots of choice and quantity after a long day skiing. Wine was a bit pricey. Location was brilliant for both Mountains.

One thing. After we had booked and paid for 5 rooms Half Board. We thought we'd ask the Gentleman on reception for a nice room looking towards the mountains. He told us and the rest of our party individually, that their room was "his favourite room in the hotel" basically fobbed us off. Our room was small and faced a retaining wall. Note to Management-- Not a good sales pitch!

Everything was on par with the price point of the hotel. I really liked the interior styling of the room and public areas. Breakfast was good with strong coffee and plenty of choice. Customer service was held to a high standard, smiles all around.

The room was a little bit hot and without air conditioning or a thermostat. I opened the window, but then mosquitos started to find their way in. So I didn't get too good sleep that night.

Very nice hotel in the Tyrol area. It's stark clean. The staff is extremely helpful. The bed was the most comfortable one I had in Austria. The balcony was very spacious and I loved seating there. Pool and Sauna were wonderful, we should've spent more time there. The breakfast was way beyond what we expected and tasted wonderful.

I was surprised by the extra cost of parking. No light out in the balcony. Signature cocktails were not served during our stay.

Our stay was over Christmas. The property is excellent perfectly clean, great location, beautiful views & great facilities. The food is exceptional & the staff are warm, attentative & welcoming. Great friendly atmosphere. Lovely Xmas champagne celebration.

The pool could be warmer & the pillows fluffier but that’s a personal preference
