Rooms renovated

Food and service in Casino TERRIBLE ! Food was awful, husband up all night in the washroom! Had to wait for someone to acknowledge me at the bar to ask for my bill so I could pay. Had to go back to the bar for drinks waitress in casino was nowhere to be found. We were looking to take a tea to our room but no hot water. Tried the coffee was old and disgusting. Waitress came by and said she was putting fresh coffee out and would come back with hot water…she never did. The casino was freezing we didn’t want to drink cold drinks so we left!

The rooms were large and clean. The bathroom had a shower and tub. The staff was quick to respond to requests and were able to get the slide working for our family. The restaurant staff were unbelievable kind and attentive. Close enough to Banff and slightly cheaper.

The lobby smelled of cigarettes. The pool itself was a little dirty, found an earring in the hot tub and lots of dirt in the pool. The pool deck was spotless and lots of towels available. Expensive for value, however considering the location it was the best price for value in the area!

Breakfasts were excellent

It seemed as though some things around the resort had not been kept up as well as they used to be. Only 1 sink in our room was usable, the coffee machine was mismatched with its coffee packages resulting in my creating a mess attempting to use it, and in the casino some machines were down and one had buttons missing.Worked

Our plans changed so many times. So we literally just slept & used the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable.

there’s only 1 pillow per person. More pillows would be nicer. Also, there’s no water in the room. The sink in our bathroom was clogged. Water goes down very slowly.

I liked the food in their restaurant. I liked their room service too.

I did not like been in a place where there is a casino.

Food was good. Room was nice. Casino was fun. Location near Banff and Kananaskis was great.

Very old elevators

Easy to locate and not too busy. The TH and gas station nearby ia a plus.

Just farther from Banff

Large room. Swimming pool. Dinner was good.

Cleaniess was not perfect

The pillows are to big and hard.

We enjoyed the spacious rooms.

They didn’t have complimentary breakfast.
