Kitchen well equipped, washer and dryer in the unit was really helpful, kids loved the pool and hot tubs. Great location, easy to walk to some restaurants and slightly longer but easy walk downtown Easy access to the highway: can avoid the crazy traffic going into town and we loved all the trails in the area. Beds were comfortable, black out curtains were amazing and we had no problems with noise

Elevators busy occasionally. When you arrive to check in, it is not clear where to park. Best place is probable the street otherwise there is some space between the street and the entrance where you can stop.

At first, the price seemed a little high – but that was only until we walked in. As soon as we entered, our jaws dropped. A huge apartment with an enormous kitchen, a spacious living room, two beautiful bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, and even a dedicated work area. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and very well equipped. Every convenience was there – coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave – absolutely everything you could want for a perfect family holiday. We were extremely happy with our stay and wish the owners all the very best and continued success!

Housekeeping should pay a bit more attention to cleaning the drains.

We have a 2 bedroom suite, it was actually a fully furnished apartment style, fully serviced hotel. I was not expecting big rooms in the mountains that also apartment style. We have a fully functional kitchen with all the amenities, our very own in suite laundry machines with washing detergent replenished daily. The house keeping was top notch. The location was also WOW. we are in loved with Canada because of the Mountains and will definitely return soon. There is so much to write but I want you to find out yourself by visiting Canmore make sure you stay at the Blackstone Mountain Lodge by CLIQUE.

The only thing I did not like was the time moved so fast that we did not get enough of it. I wish we could have stayed a few more days but every good thing ends very fast. I am hoping to go back soon.

The location is wonderful and we had a great experience during check-in (shout out to Lauren!). The room is very clean and comfortable overall, and quite quiet. We also enjoyed using the hot tub and the fact that we didn’t have to pay for parking! The location is within a couple of minutes to everything in Canmore. We would absolutely stay here again.

The beds were a bit firm for our tastes, and it was a bit difficult to not have any food options on property; it’s okay to not have a full restaurant or offer breakfast, but it would have been nice to have some snack/drink options.

1st of all i appreciate 1 receptionist to upgrade our room during our stay everything are fine.

The one i upset the pool are over if there a capacity why a lot people in the pool that other reason why we check in here my suggestion they should limit the time for those in the pool because unfair for others that cannot use the pool or hot tub is all.mix kids and whole family they already occupied ia unfair to othet guest as well and 1 manager or receptionist i just ask if we can extend she no or atleast just 1 hr she didnt let me to talk or explain 1st she just say no even we stil pay she should be polite atles be nice i forgot to get their name this is last may 4 around 10am.

Blackstone was very clean and very close to ROAM transit. Housekeeping was spectacular. From Benchland Overpass Trail (a really short walk), on Bus #3, we could go to Banff: $3. Senior, $6. Adult. That’s a bargain considering that parking in Banff is usually unattainable. Why bother? Also, just below us (another 5 minute walk), we could take Bus 5C right into Canmore. ROAM transit offers tourists the best deal possible. No park. No paying to park. Our one bedroom apartment was perfect. On the first floor, our patio seemed private. We looked across the rocks to Kananaskis Trail, which we used to get to Bus #3. We enjoyed the atmosphere, the underground parking, and the amenities.

The front desk staff seemed stand-offish. We were only two people and caused few problems. Asking a question seemed bothersome. Weird. Front desk staff at Clique Applause Hotel in Calgary were very cordial and helpful. This Blackstone? Not so much. Another guest mentioned that perhaps the workers were seasonal and leaving soon.

Loved the room and were surprised to see that we had a kitchen. Very comfortable rooms too with lots of space. The pool was awesome! Was nice to see two hot tubs so there was usually always room. One thing that was amazing was that even with a poolside view we couldn't hear the people down there at all when the sliding door on the balcony was closed. Wild!

There weren't any food options in the hotel. Like for room service or like a little snack shack or something. That would have been nice.

This was a condo-style accomodation with a beautiful, full kitchen. It was spotless and we had a very lovely, spacious unit, with plush towels, gas fireplace and good coffee (supplied). We enjoyed the outdoor pool (very warm) and hot tub while there. Parking was very easy. I highly recommend Blackstone Mountain Lodge, especially if staying an extended period of time as the kitchen would be great to have. A short/easy drive into downtown Canmore and not far from the epic ski mountains and we also enjoyed Canmore Nordic Center, which is also close by.

Very comfortable beds, deep soaker bathtub, roomy outdoor patio with solid furnishings, very well-stocked kitchen for cooking simple meals, location at "end of the line" on the town's main/busiest road, with easy access to freeway.

Pool unusable for adults to swim in (1.3m deep). Staff pleasant and polite when directly asked for something, but can't say anyone went out of their way to be welcoming, or take initiative to go "above and beyond" on anything, aside from friendly desk agent who helped with TV remotes our first night. Property and units very well maintained, but although value hard to gauge with everything in Banff/Canmore (and everywhere, really) so costly now, hard to justify the $400-500 per night. That said, would consider returning at a quieter time of year if there was a drop in price (e.g. during shoulder season or via a promotion, etc). Had to plan this trip very spur of the moment out of necessity, would plan sooner next time.

The location was good. Property was clean. Glad they had a fitness center and hot tub.

The front desk personnel was spotty. A couple said they would bring up an extra blanket and didn't the first night. One was not helpful about tour information, however, we were extremely impressed with Krista and she was extraordinarily helpful. She had easy access to information we needed and was friendly and knowledgable.
