Nice location. Room was comfortable. Great views.

Cafe and atmosphere were disappointing. The cafe was just morning counter service. No evening wine or drinks as described on the website. No fire in the fireplace. I had envisioned a nice cocktail sitting by the fire. Didn’t happen. The place had no life.

The front desk personal were amazing! As a solo traveler I felt save. Great customer service. Love the fact that there is No need to carry a key everywhere sing me in! Doors has a number path. So you will received all information and details on an email. The view of my room was amazing. Very close (walking distance) to some restaurant, coffee, etc. It is out of the center of Canmore so it was very peaceful. I even saw hike path across the street from the property.

I am not sure if I don’t like this or it was just new to me but just for everyone is fully aware this property has an auto-check in process it was not bad all. But diferente for sure.

We were traveling for several weeks, staying in a different place almost every night, and this was by far the best one of our entire trip — especially considering we stayed at two other places in Canmore. Although it’s not right in the center, we absolutely loved the location and the breathtaking views. Our room was incredible, with everything you could possibly need, and every corner of the property smelled amazing, which added to the warm and cozy atmosphere. One of the most special things about this place was how peaceful and private it felt. Even though we knew the house was fully booked, we never saw another guest — it truly felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. Whether we were enjoying breakfast or relaxing in the lounge, there was this calm, intimate vibe that made our stay feel even more unique. Having coffee in the room was a lovely touch, but what really made it extra special were the little surprises — like complimentary cookies or candies waiting for you as you went up the stairs to your room. One evening, we picked up some delicious pizzas just 2 minutes away by car (or a 7-minute walk) and enjoyed them in the beautiful, super comfortable lounge. The lounge was another highlight — cozy, beautifully decorated, and perfect for relaxing. We played vinyl records with great music and even played the chess game, which made for such a memorable evening. The entire space felt thoughtfully designed and truly welcoming. We also had breakfast the next morning — the chai latte was fantastic. While the staff isn’t always on-site, that actually added to the peaceful atmosphere. And when we did meet them, they were incredibly kind and helpful.

Felt like an Air bnb. Seemless check in, all online. The place looked like a hallmark Christmas movie. Lovely cafe as you walk in the door that sells coffee, breakfast, snacks and alcohol. Amazing great room with a huge fireplace and lots of tables to sit and play games or eat at. The basement had a games room with a pool table. There were fresh baked cookies in the hallway of the rooms! That was amazing. Fridges and kurigs in the rooms, microwave, water cooler, plates , cutlery, wine glasses etc in the hallway for guests to access. The rooms were really nicely decorated. We stayed in the king loft suite which had the most comfortable bed ever and the best pillow I have slept on in my life! We had an amazing night playing cards in the main room with our friends and having some drinks, there was a larger group in the basement playing pool and having fun. It was a great experience and I will 100% be back there and being even more friends this time!

We really enjoyed the downstairs lounge as it gave us a place to hang out with family who live in the area during our brief stay. Access to the hotel and room via security codes was easy and convenient. The room with loft was cozy and worked well for myself and the kids and the pullout was comfortable enough! The hostess prepared a special gluten free yoghurt/fruit cup for my daughter at breakfast. Ski rentals from nearby GearUp in Canmore also worked well (car required).

Our stay was mostly good! More gluten free options at the cafe would be great. The contactless coming and going is super convenient, but also felt a bit weird without some sort of welcome or host greeting to confirm we were in the right place when checking in! The key codes were buried in a rather long email so might be good to have that clearly highlighted or in its own dedicated communication.

Great property. Loved the loft room - plenty of space, Rocky Mountain Soap Co products in the bathroom, plenty of soft towels, super comfy bed with lots of good pillows. In the hallways were complimentary cookies and candies, a lounge area, board games available to play. Wish we had known about the breakfast option before we checked out! Would definitely have had the bacon sandwiches for breakfast. Contacted the host with a question and was answered immediately. A great place to- will not hesitate to stay again.

The location was great, and the room was really nice and comfortable for a one-night stay. We were very close to the local hikes and just outside of the main town. They provided free cookies and coffee and even offered free bear spray for the duration of our stay. We weren’t able to eat at the cafe because we left too early in the morning, but it looked like they offered some good options. Also, the bathroom products smelled great.

They offered us bear spray, but then no one was available when we arrived to get the bear spray. Not a big deal, but that was really the only negative thing I can say about our stay.

Nice modern property, decorated well with a decent stock of games and a pool table. Parking was easy and the location was good for out of town.

We checked in late so done the remote check in. Although we did get a complimentary bottle of wine it really lacked the personal touch we’ve seen a lot of in Canada. The room only had 1 large towel and 1 small one. We did ask for another and were left another small towel….eventually housekeeping left the linen cupboard open so we got another large.

Clean room, minimal interaction with staff ( I enjoyed). Complimentary cookies, water jug available. Comfortable bed, nice accents - chandelier and blankets are nice touch.

Phone would not consistently stay connected to wifi. Had to use cellular data the entire stay. Remote for tv had to be positioned a certain way in order to use it and even then was not consistent. No one was ever manning the cafe downstairs for my entire 2 day stay so I had to go elsewhere.

The three-bedroom apartment suite blew away our expectations. Shared between five friends, this gave us plenty of space, with three simple but comfortable bedrooms, three washrooms, a full kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, a large dining space and a great living room for lounging. Parking was readily available, access to the suite was just inside the main doors, and stepping out into the lobby, you were right in line for the cafe with some delicious coffees for the morning. The space was well-appointed, fully stocked for a comfortable stay, and very clean. WiFi access was strong, with two TV rooms (the lower of which had a fold-out couch, so this place could comfortably sleep eight people), and access to the basement common lounge with board games and a pool table. This was a wonderful space to spend the weekend!

We had a few issues that, when brought up to management, were handled quickly and met all expectations. Nothing outstanding that would be worth mentioning here. If you want something to nitpick about, there were a few spaces where the laminate flooring was showing small gaps. It should also be noted that two of the bedrooms and one of the washrooms are down a set of stairs, so if mobility is an issue you might want to claim the master suite on the main floor.
