This was the best riad we stayed at during our 2 week travels in Morocco. Good value, nice rooms, excellent service, and most important for us westerners: an excellent bathroom. You know after traveling around Morocco that the bathrooms can leave something to be desired, not here though. Also the host/caretaker person that worked in the lobby was wonderful, never caught her name, but she was great

Only issue we had was with noise in the early morning (6am or so). We were in a room on the ground floor and the room above us and stairwell behind the wall at the head of our bed were quite loud. There was a family with 2 young children above us. We stayed 2 nights and this was only an issue the first night. I might recommend a room on higher floors instead. Everything else was wonderful

I normally do not make a long review for places I stay in, but it was truly fascinating to stay at Eiad Dar Karima for two nights. Although it is a small Riad, it was cossy, full with amazing architactural details, very clean and comfortable. The location of the Riad is just perfect with a walking distance from all city attractions. Ms. Siham was an amazing host there. She helped me with everything I needed to enjoy my trip to Rabat. She provided me with a map with all local places' names that are worth visiting, including restaurants as well. She encouraged me to have my first surfing lesson, and it was an amazing experience. A big thank to her for making my first trip to Morroco unforgettable. I would definitely come back again to enjoy the place and the city

Great location and breakfast was good. Siham, the manager and her 2 assistants (all women team) were helpful.

The exterior of the Riad was in a truly dilapidated condition. Just like most Riads, no phone, reception desk, locker or refrigerator - so if you have many/heavy bags and need to leave early morning you are mostly on your own, or if you need any help and you are on the top floor(like we did) you have to holler or take the stairs. A key to the main door of the Riad is provided to guests, so guests can operate on their own (come/leave at any time) AirBnb style - this has pros and cons. Only Siham could speak and understand English well but she was not available in the Dar all the time. The other assistants could manage simple instructions but we struggled with other necessary conversations with them.

Beautiful details in every corner of decor - painting on the ceilings, colors in the bathroom. It is a traditional riad with a cozy, natural courtyard. Breakfast was like another world - delicious food in a lovely, private setting that is served at a time that fits your itinerary. The location is perfect too, a close drive from the airport and walking distance to the kasbash. You get a sense of the everyday medina in Rabat from this location. Highly recommend!

Comfy bed, spacious and functional room (added photo of my fave nook in the room, so well decorated and yet super functional), very very clean. Felt safe and secure. The host was very pleasant and helpful. Felt like i was a VIP guest in their beautiful family home. Excellent food choices all around the riad, including excellent street food options. Internet was always working well for me. The rooms dont have TVs so it was really quite immersive experience. Great walkability from this riad to all the major Rabat attractions as well as the train station (20-30 min walk tops).

Can be a little noisy if people arent midnful in the common area. But everyone was corteous and i had no problem resting very well. Otherwise would have been a 10 for me but truly its a total 10 if you are not a late sleeper like me 😄

It was clean, comfortable and well- located. Everything was walkable. Close to many restaurants and the central market. The decor was nice without being overdone. There was good hot water. Wifi was sometimes intermittent, but okay when I most needed it. The breakfast was good. Besides the customary breads and sugar loaded offerings, there was an egg, yogurt and a bit of cheese for protein. Fresh and dried fruit and almonds, as well. The fresh orange juice was yummy. The slight variations in breakfast offerings are definitely appreciated over longer stays.

The room was sometimes a bit chilly for me as the heating was not especially efficient for the high ceilings. Lighting was a bit dim for using the desk or table.

This is a beautiful authentic riad in the Medina of Rabat. The hostess Siham is a joyful person that loves her city and she is more than happy to suggest you all the gems of the city. The lady that takes care the Riad Aicha, she is such a lovely person ready to please any need you might have. The Riad is based in a quiet street nearby the market and a main gate so the access is easy. Rooms are colorful, charmed and spacious and Breakfast, served at the common main space of the riad is wonderful!

Everything was way better than i could ever have imagined. In the mist of the Medina, fairly easy to find, communication was super and the girl Salah who world there is from another world!!!!! She went beyong being a great host. When ryan air send me an e mail stating rabat didnt allow onling boardin passes, she made sure i could print. Her breakfast was awesome, her sweet and kind way of bringing us exstra tea, notising we were tired, she was outstanding!!! The Riad was so cute, very comfy, great bed, super shower and a very charming courtyard and place for breakfast!!! So happy we tried a riad rather than a hotel

Our room was comfy and spacious. The staff was friendly although did not speak or understand English so it was difficult to communicate. We did meet the owner and his wife who did speak English and were very friendly. The breakfast could have been better. It also was a little farther from the better restaurants, however we only needed it for a night so it was perfect for us.

The Riad is absolutely beautiful inside. It is bright, clean, green, wonderful architecture, lots of plants, seating areas and also the rooms were huge. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. The shower was very good indeed. The breakfast was a highlight. Freshly made goods, the msemen in particular was fantastic. The table was laid beautifully. The room was cleaned every day and we felt at home. The young girl who looked after us each day was great and very kind.

The only thing we found a bit difficult was finding something to eat in the evening.
