I love Crewe Hall, this was my fourth visit and won't be my last. I love the amazing architecture, and the feel of the old hall is so lovely. The Staff are always very friendly, the hotel is spotless, and it offers free Wi-Fi and free parking, with delicious food. Very comfy Beds and very quiet rooms, blackout curtains in the twin room we were in. There is plenty of outside space. The hotel is very close to Nantwich and the surrounding areas, which was the point of my visit.

I think the only minor thing I would improve would be the staff asking if there are any food allergies. I have allergies, so I mentioned it anyway, and they did check, but I think nowadays they should ask. The only other thing I would change would be more options on the Menu. Minor change- on the room service menu - I found it quite limited, and there was no option to add anything that wasn't on the room service menu- for Example, we wanted a bowl of fries, but couldn't order them as they were not on the menu, but came with most dishes.

The breakfast was good, I only had the English breakfast everyday with some pastries (I love pastries!). There was also the options for: cereals and milk, or yogurt and fruit. The room was modern and clean. The hotel looks stunning and it has a gym, swimming pool with sauna and steam room!

The fact that there was no socket plug to charge your device near the bed. There was only by the desk or the wall (both of which were opposite to the bed). It was pricey to eat for dinner. But given that it is a luxury hotel, I should have expected that!

Breakfast: very traditional Full English. All laid out and easy to help yourself. The dog could sit with me (although in the bar area. Room: spacious and comfy. Dinner: there was space to have the dog with me (bar area). Location: Excellent despite storm BERT.

Breakfast: Was lukewarm. Eggs (fried AND scrambled) were overcooked. Plates were cold which didn't help with the lukewarm food. Coffee was machine self-service (this could have been table service). Room: A lot of niggling maintenance issues which, if I was staying longer, I would have reported (reported on check-out). Dinner: The waiter was forgetful - This could be remedied with the use of tablet/computer ordering (many pubs do this why can't a 4-star hotel?). Even a notepad and pencil would have helped. Location: Post Code does not always take you to the front drive. If you are arriving later, and in the dark, it is easy to miss the entrance to the impressive drive (It could have been my Sat Nav).

We stayed the night before a family wedding function. The grounds and hotel, with its stately home feel and being steeped in history, were all superb. We arrived very late, due to one of our children finishing work very late. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly, and professional, too. The rooms gave a Hilton Hotel vibe and were beautifully furnished with every facility needed. We had breakfast included with our booking, and they even made us vegetarian sausages on request. All in all, a wonderful stay and a fabulous wedding function, which started with freshly made canapés outside on to the wedding ceremony held in a upstairs room in the old part of the hotel, and the rest of the wedding function in one of their event suites. All in all, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay and wedding too.

When so much was in line with Hilton hotels, then along with the shampoo/shower gel, a bottle of conditioner would have been helpful.

Generous sized rooms, lovely old building and bar area could park right outside the front. Good that it also had decent sized pool spa facilities and treatments.the bar staff in the evening were really helpful and made special cocktails and requests to order. Spa treatment massage was good.

a very long walk from rooms to reception and one of the lifts smelt of sick. The breakfast room was claustrophobic and really noisy , no natural light or air. The service in the bar when we arrived in the daytime was slow/ hit and miss. Reception weren’t that helpful when we arrived for the early checkin, but we got there in the end. In the spa, the jacuzzi was tiny and the shower by the pool was not working which was a bit dangerous for people coming out of the sauna needing to cool down, plus the ice fountain had nothing in it.

We came an hr away from crewe hall for my nieces wedding bits was an absolutely amazing day from start to finish ,staff were so friendly helpful always polite and even bar staff were chatty ,great rooms everything was spotless, food was exceptional fantastic variations in breakfast ,had a beautiful meal night before ,beautiful gardens amazing day . All drinks are very expensive am sure the hotel could lower the prices or do special offers or happy hr apart from that was amazing x

Alchoal prices and I get the price if foods gone up but 45 fir a fillet steak is 100%

The grounds were a little unkempt, grass needed attention Several empty bottles and glasses were left in flower beds in the gardens on Saturday Non hotel guests speed down access roads to the spa Breakfast on Sunday morning was chaotically busy and staff seemed unprepared for quick table turnarounds, we had to eat in the bar area and locate our own cutlery.

The hotel and grounds are absolutely stunning. A mixture of old & new. The staff were courteous, friendly & helpful. We stayed in the modern part of the hotel. The twin room was a good size with a great sized bathroom which had a shower enclosure & bath. Everything was spotless. The beds - mattress medium to firm (perfect) and the bedding was fresh & crisp leading to a great nights sleep!. The breakfast was buffet style offering cereals, breads, pastries & hot food for an English Breakfast, juices & hot drinks. All delicious.

Nothing - it was beyond our expectations.

the hotel and grounds were beautiful and the staff were very friendly. we were upgraded into a room in the old hall which was lovely. The breakfast was extensive and tasty and so was dinner. we really enjoyed ourselves just walking the grounds and spending time inn the beautiful building.

The spa facilities were a little lacking - it was full of children even after family swim times ended and the few places to sit were taken. if used by only a handful of people its perfectly fine but its not built for accomodating a higher volume of people. For the pricepoint on the spa entry/treatments I would have expected a much more luxurious spa

Fabulous hotel and spa. We loved the history and authentic look and the room was very comfortable. Shame we couldn't of enjoyed the beds abit longer for a lie in bur due to kids swim time and breakfast we had to get up quite early to fit both in. But other than that we had a great stay. The breakfast was delicious and a gluten free area was nice. Would of been ni e to have more than one cereal option but atleast there was something. Gluten Free croissants would be nice. But overall a fabulous stay.

The timings with breakfast and kids having breakfast and swimming. Made it abit tight.
