The Cosy bungalows were very spacious with loads of wardrobe and drawer space, very large bed and good en-suite. The room overlooked the large garden and pool which was very inviting with plenty of sun loungers.

Nothing to dislike although breakfast choice was very limited and free coffee refills would have been appreciated. Having said that, it did not detract from our stay.

Room was clean with coffee and snacks, It was quiet, breakfast was fine (nothing special, but filling), very close to the city centre and not far dim the beach. Good value for the price

I booked the place myself and stayed here with my family for 3 nights. My family didn't have any clue about the place but they loved the place. The swimming pool was great in the middle of the garden. The complementary breakfast was great with juice and coffee. We left for sightseeing before the breakfast was served for two days. So they even packed our breakfast early in the morning those two days. The people in the reception helped me plan my stay at Phuket. They made arrangements for us to go to Phi Phi Island. Also they hired a car for us so that we can go to Big Budha, Wat Chalong, Cape Phrom Thep. All the people are so nice and friendly there and always ready to help you out. The rooms were in excellent condition with good air conditioning.

Only thing to complain is there are mosquitoes at night outside the room. So if the doors are kept open the mosquitoes can get inside. But that's completely not their fault. So there isn't actually anything to complain about them.

Villa were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing. Very helpful in so many ways. They helped me contact my airline as my case was lost, they spoke with the airport, located the case and organise a taxi to collect and bring to our hotel. Super grateful. Nothing was too much. We requested different items for breaky and they were made. We asked for a packed breaky for an early tour pickup and we recieved. They decorated the room and had a cake made on arrival for our friends birthday. Will stay again!!

Breakfast was delivered at night to room, was ok but no quite what we expected but then we are big on breakfasts. The staff and location make this place good value for money

The view from my first room balcony, the breakfasts were good. The staff were really lovely, and efficient. The garden was beautiful, with lovely birds and flowers. The pool and surroundingswerevery nice. The location. The helpful staff asking my noisy neighbours to be quieter. And easily changing my room when I requested to. I felt looked after.

The matress in my first ( budget) room was too hard. But cozy villa matress was perfect. Stairs to 1st floor very slippery when raining. The villa was really nice.

I was in one of the larger rooms. I have stayed here multiple times in different room types, all have been good. Very pleasant staff and owners. For my taste the breakfast was very good with a range of options. The pool area is nice and was not busy while we were there. There are some renovations on the go, but no great inconvenience and nice that the property is being maintained/improved. Rooms are serviced daily if you want. I thought it was good value for this area.

Really good value for money budget accommodation in a great location in Kata. Rooms cleaned everyday, bottled water everyday. Staff were lovely. Beds and pillows really comfy! Shower nice and hot. The pool was lovely to swim in. Definitely would stay here again!

Everything was lovely except one member of staff who was rude and unhelpful and swore at me under her breath in Thai when I was asking her questions.
