Staff & Breakfast: The hosts are 2 brothers that have this business. They are very kind and helpful. Due to their efforts I probably experienced the best breakfast I had in all my stays in Italy. Bathroom: It always had hot water available and the toilet flushed properly. There was a bidet as well. It was pretty big. Room: It was more than generous in terms of size. The beds were comfortable. We had blinders that allowed us to make complete darkness and have the best sleep. The AC was also working properly and we had to use it due to travelling in July.

Nothing to complain about.

The host Adriano was a darling- made us a filling breakfast, offered us coffee on arriving drenched in spring shower, smiling and ever so helpful. The pet dog is a darling too whom I made friends with🙂 The room was beautifully furnished in an old school style- lovely colours and the bathroom was big and nice. The WiFi worked fine.

The stairs:-( It was tiring to pull up the suitcases as the stairs were not super friendly- rather a bit steep. Would have loved an elevator 😀 The nearest bus station is about 14 minutes away from the hotel - so reaching the place is difficult.

The host Adriano was very friendly, funny, full of good tips, and very helpful. He made us feel very welcome here, and his breakfasts vere awesome. The rooms were tidy, comfy, and spatious. The balcony was a nice bonus with a view on the river. The apartment was not so far from the city center, so we didn't need to use a bus or rent a bike, but it was still in a peaceful area. It was a very nice time, and if we ever visit Verona again, we would stay here.

The only thing that was not clear was if we should pay extra for the air conditioner. In the booking description, it is stated that we would pay extra, so we try not to use it, but in the end, the host told us not to pay for one day we used it.

The host made us feel so welcome and the breakfast he provided was the highlight of our stay. The room (#3) was quite large and pleasant. The other rooms face the street which might be noisy but room 3 was in the back and very quiet. We appreciated the bottles of water he provided in the evening which was a nice touch.

Bring your walking shoes because the property is a bit far from the arena and other historic sights. I'm not complaining because we knew we would have to walk a bit when we booked it and the price was right but if you only have one day in Verona you may want to stay within the city walls.

The room was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, served with fresh juice and coffee. The host was exceptionally friendly and always ready to help.

There were a few vacant buildings on the street, which felt a bit unsettling at night, though the area still seemed safe overall. The only real issue we experienced was with the AC, which unfortunately stopped working during the night.

The host was super friendly, polite and hepful. He met us with welcoming drink and plate of fruits. We also received a city man. The room was very clean. Every morning host made for us delicious fresh breakfast. The location is good - not far from city centre and train station (around 15-20 mins by walk to both).

Only small things. The room was quite noisy when the window is open beacause of the street. Beds were not very comfortable. There were no shampoo, only shower gel.

It was very welcoming atmosphere. Free parking by the building. Breakfast was sufficient. It was very pleasant experience. Location is great, close to center of Verona and very safe.

We liked everything, but it was a little confusing to find the B&B for us, because there is the same street number on the door of some kind of business nearby. The B&B is located several meters from it on the right. We just overlooked the B&B sign on right side of the building.

We were welcomed by a very friendly owner, who liked to chat and was also very happy to speak a bit of German with us. The B&B is located <30 min walk from the Arena di Verona, perfect; the street is not particularly nice (big street) but it's not a problem, we also slept without any sound nuisance. The room is very comfortable and cosy, the decoration was not necessarily my favourite but it was not a problem. The room has a small balcony with a lot of plants. Bathroom is functional and has all you need. Breakfast was also very personal, prepared especially for you in the kitchen and served at your table.

Would be good to have some basic vegan options, like margarine and soya yogurt for instance. There was a lot of sweets (not vegan), jam/Nutella etc, and a bit of ham/cheese and omelette.

Our stay was very pleasant. The place is cosy, and has everything you need. The host was very welcoming and accomendating. He gave us a map and even provided an iron for clothes when asked; do keep in mind he doesn't speak english. The breakfast was amazing and very good quality.

The walls are quite thin and you can hear other rooms and the corridor. The location isn't bad, but it isn't that close to the center either

This place is super authentic - if you're looking for something extra private, formal and pristine, this place is not for you. If you want real Italian experience, go for it! We really liked the general vibe of this place - you literaly go to a big apartment with very eclectic art selection and there are several rooms for guests. It's not super modern or shiningly clean. It's like if you go to someone's house and get to sleep in the guest room (the owners really do live just across the hall). We really felt as if we experienced how most of the people in Verona live which is pretty cool! Plus the breakfast was great! We got a selection of pastry, different kinds of ham and salami, fruit plate etc. plus we got cappuccinos. The hosts are two elderly brothers who don't speak much English but it's so nice talking to them anyway! We only stayed one night but it's definitely something we will remember for a long time!

The breakfast is served in a hallway just behind the doors to the guest rooms. Some people had breakfast really early or there was something going on in the kitchen (around 6 maybe) but it was really loud. The bathroom could be a bit cleaner too (but nothing too bad).
