Very nicely refurbished property. We stayed in the main building, the room was spacious, nice and clean with big balcony and lovely view on both - Etna and sea. The staff was very nice, hepful and always smiling. The sea was beatiful and very clean, 50m swimming pool is fantastic option when there are big waves in the sea. We had half board - food was tasty, maybe 1 thing missing would be a grill during dinners.

Last day we had a late evening flight, so we checked out from the room before noon and stayed on the hotel beach. We were told we can use showers next to swimming pool before leaving - but unfortunately, those were terrible, not really clean and only freezing water running. This needs fixing or don’t offer it to departing guests as it leaves very bad last impression.

The room was modern and clean, we had a balcony which was spacious. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, great coffee as well! There was evening entertainment by a local band on different locations throughout the resort almost every night with a different vibe. The cocktails served in every bar were very well made and the different restaurants offered great dinner buffet for 35€‎ per person! We were especially impressed by the newly open La Casa del Massaro Restaurant which served local Sicilian dishes in an elegant, candle-lit setting. Loved the olympic pool for recreational swimming! The staff at the reception and the concierge services were super friendly and helpful. ‎

The private beach comes at an additional price of around 20€ per person per day, which kinda beats the point of staying at a hotel with a private beach. We expected it to be free for the hotel's guests. Also there are tons of ‎mosquitos in the evening and early morning - this ruined some of our evenings where we tried to enjoy a cocktail at one of the bars but it was made impossible so we had to return to our room early. There was a "disinsectation" announced on our last day but I think that should be done more regularly to ensure pleasant stay for the hotel's guests. Also be prepared that the bed mattresses are exceptionally firm so if you aren't used to that you might wake up with a lot of back pain!

For Beach usage and beach towels you need to pay and you can not change the towel you have during your stay if you want to its a charge again this needs to be free

Had everything that was needed inside the complex. The food from the breakfast was very good(at Casa del Massaro), atmosphere very nice, staff very helpful and kind.

There were a few things that I did not like: 1. The AC did not work and was repaired only after 2 days. 2. We booked transportation through hotel to Taormina and the conditions were terrible: NO AC in the mini van at 40 degrees outside, feeling like sauna and all the travelers were complaining. I recomand to buy the thickets from the bus station(6min away) the condition are better, the thickets are cheaper and the buses comes at evry 15min.

Very comfortable family room in a separate building, the kids loved having their own room. Hotel is very well taken care of even we were there in the off season. Staff super friendly and accommodating (particular word of praise for Sandra B. at the reception, who was tireless in taking care of our many requests. A lot of very clean pools.

Rooms are a bit far from the reception/breakfast area. Not a great hotel if the weather's not good as it is clearly a resort hotel and a bit isolated even from Giardini Naxos - if you stay there in bad weather I strongly recommend having a car, otherwise there's not much to do. If you plan to go to the beach bring rubber shoes as the pebbles are painful

A very good hotel for relaxation and peace( in April). It has modern and clean rooms with a beautiful garden, a swimming pool, a rich breakfast and professional staff. The Recanati interbus station is close, 10 minutes walking, so, it s convinient to take the bus to go around and from airport to the hotel. I will come back again! :)

The bar is expansive, it is far away to walk to Taormina, but you can take a bus, 40 minute.

We visited out of season (April) - they have 2 pools, 1 was open but very cold. The Olympic pool was closed - access to the beach was closed from the hotel but was easy to get to by exiting the hotel complex. Like most beaches in Sicily/ Italy it was filthy with plastic bottles, litter and boxes everywhere. I really don’t understand why they don’t clean their beaches regularly they are disgusting! + nice variety at breakfast with hot and cold options + able to check in early as room was available + free parking + plenty of space to park + good selection of restaurants just outside the hotel + they offer a €3 single and €5 private shuttle to Taormina which was helpful (pre book at reception), we were unable to purchase return tickets so had to rely on the local buses which were terrible (1st refused to let us board as we hadn’t pre purchased our ticket online and then 2nd bus turned up half hour later and didn’t even stop just shook his head and finger at us so I wouldn’t recommend the local buses!) + 20-30 minute walk to giardini Naxos with plenty of restaurants + quiet room and bed was clean and comfortable (we stayed in the apartments outside the main hotel building)

We were with 2 kids and had an appartment in an annex. It was clean. The beach is clean and nice, but it’s a stone one. We’ve tried the buffet restaurant in one night and was good. We also tried the a la carte Stella restaurant and was great! I really recommend it!

The noise in the room! We could here everything from below us and was a lot of noise! We received just 2 towels, even if we had also 2 kids It was the first 4 star hotel where we had to oay for the beach towels- makes no sense! I understand to oay a deposit for it, but not a tax for it. Also the firt hotel where you have to pay on spot, not on the room.. The breakfast it’s basic, yes you have options, but more a 3 star..as you have the same options each day and small selections of tea

We had a fantastic holiday, family of 5 with kids aged 19, 16 and 12. We loved the olympic pool and the location on the private (pebbly) beach. There were always sunbeds available at the olympic pool. Inflatable toys were allowed in the pool. We didn't use the other pool so can't comment on that. The evening entertainment was very good, the hotel band was very good. There was a beach party on Mondays and Thursday that were very good. The beds were comfortable. We were able to have breakfast at the restaurant near the olympic pool as well as the main restaurant, and that was nice, much prettier quieter location. There is a nice square where the evening entertainment is so you can sit out and have a drink. There are a few shops in the resort. The resort is near Taormina which is really worth visiting.

Our son is a picky eater but loves pizza so we assumed there would be pizza several nights in the main restaurant (we were half board). In 10 days pizza was never on the menu! So we struggled getting food for him. But the food was good, variety of pasta and fish and/or meat every night. There is a separate pizzeria alright but that was not included in the half board option. This was probably the only issue we had as we had a fantastic holiday and we would return. The beach is a pebble beach but if you buy swimming shoes (on sale in the resort) you'll be grand.

A great hotel. We stayed in the main hotel. Big rooms. Newly renovated. The air conditioning was effective in cooling down the room. The hotel was fully booked, but since the surroundings were so big, it never felt crowded. There were always sunbeds available at the pool and the beach. The gardens and flowers were beautifully maintained. The upgraded breakfast at Casa del Massaro was a highlight of the day, featuring freshly pressed orange juice and coffee prepared to your liking, served at the table.

The kids stayed at a "villa". I preferred the main hotel, as the villas are not yet renovated and smelled a bit damp.
