Room was great although if you find stairs challenging ask to be on the first level. This is the nearest to the bar and restaurant and on the same level as the spa. There is not a lift in the hotel The ski locker arrangement was great as the boot locker was in reception. An easy flight of stairs to collect and deposit ski's in normal footwear and put the skis on the rack outside reception while you change into your boots in the comfort of the reception area Staff were super helpful and booked transfers for us which were cheaper than other companies we had looked at and they even made a breakfast box for us as we left early. A little walk to and from the slopes, but only a few minutes each way (there wasn't a huge amount of snow when we went in the village)

Everything! The stuff was so nice and kind! The room was clean and smelled good each day. The breakfast was tasty with a variety of options. The best was the dinner, It was so delicious! The hotel is close to everything. Can't wait to come back:)

Very friendly staff, especially Noah who served us coffee on arrival with a large smile and continued smiling throughout our stay serving at the bar, in the restaurant and making wine recommendations. All the staff were keen to assist wherever they could.

Room was decent, the room was small- the breakfast could have been better. Sebastian made our experience amazing, what a guy! Sebastian turned into one of our best buddies - what a legend!!! Thanks Sebastian

The suite was lovely and spacious with amazing views. The beds were comfortable but pillows not so! The steam room and very large jacuzzi bath were fab for relaxing in after a hard day skiing.

Good hotel with very nice team. Situated in the center of the station, close to the pists.

Price/quality, price is very high for this type of the hotel. In the description of the hotel it was mentioned SPA but in a reality there is a small jacuzzi with sauna and hamman in the small room. Breakfast - for this price of the stay breakfast should be ameliorated as the choise was very poor.

Super clean and cosy hotel, with a lovely restaurant featuring great imaginative food, excellent breakfast with many options, a super relaxing spa area. Rooms are compact and beautifully appointed. Most importantly the staff was super professional, always ready to help and make me a happy guest.
