Very friendly, helpful staff. Good location for our purposes as it is near the hospital and easy for getting on the motorway. There are lots of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel is very comfortable, tastefully renovated a couple of years ago we understand. Comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, sockets on both sides of the double bed. Large bathroom with shower over the bath. Easy to control heating/airconditioning. We were given a room with a west facing balcony so we were able to sit out and and watch the sun set with Veleta behind us. Good soundproofing. Free, secure parking. An excellent continental breakfast for 5€ each. There's a kettle in the room, mugs teaspoons and complimentary teabags! Also a small fridge. We really couldn't fault this hotel. We have stayed in many hotels around Spain and this one really impressed us.

We recently stayed at this hotel for two nights during our visit to Alhambra. While two of the staff receptionists were friendly and welcoming, we were a bit disappointed with several aspects of our stay. Firstly, be aware the hotel does not have its own restaurant. Breakfast needs to be ordered the night before by 9 PM, which can be inconvenient for travelers who prefer spontaneous plans. Our accommodation was also less than ideal. We were given two rooms located near the reception area, with views of a wall. Additionally, the fridge in our room was full of mold upon arrival. Although the staff did clean it promptly when was reported, it was not a pleasant experience. The hotel does offer a limited selection of drinks, such as Coca-Cola, but this was not communicated, which would have been helpful information. On a positive note, the hotel is beautiful from outside, has its own parking and is surrounded by a few restaurants ( you will need to go to the main area ) which is convenient for dining out. This place might be suitable for a brief stopover or if you are specifically visiting Alhambra.

All the staff I came into contact with were so super helpful, lovely and accommodating. The lady who was working during our breakfast times was amazingly friendly and attentive - I'd return to this property for her beautiful friendliness alone.

There was satellite TV but still no channels in English (which only became an issue for us because of the terrible weather we were experiencing resulting in us spending way more time than ever expected, or wanted, in the room). Complimentary tea bags / condiments etc were never replenished during our 3 night stay.

The hotel was easy to drive to and there was plenty of parking. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a very large terrace right off the room. The front desk staff was very helpful with restaurant & sight seeing recommendations. It is about a 25-40 Euro Uber ride into Granada, although apparently the bus stops right in front of the property.

The description & photos indicated that there was a restaurant & bar on site. There is not! This is a bit misleading.

I loved the situation of the hotel. It was great for visiting Granada and its sights but out of town in a quiet place. Some decent places for breakfast and dinner nearby. The parking was good and convenient. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant

Because it was low season there were few of the facilities I guess would be available in the summer

The staff was amazing. We stayed for two weeks while looking for a one year residency visa apartment rental. Everyone was so helpful- especially Idaira we could not have secured an apartment without her help. She always had a smile on her face and I miss her already. Our room was always spotless as was the rest of the hotel.

Besides the continental breakfast which was great- there wasn’t really a restaurant on the premises but there were plenty of options within a five minute walk

The property is lovely and well-maintained, with the free parking. The staff is fantastic, especially Susana, who shared some amazing tips with us. It’s conveniently located just 10-15 minutes from the city center by bus, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The neighbourhood is very nice and quiet.

The hotel is very clean and pretty. The hotel provides free parking, and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel that connects 10 mins to get to the centre of Granada. There are many restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance.

location was easy to find & 10 minutes by bus to city centre which stopped outside hotel every 20 mins. Pretty hotel with superb balcony & comfortable room. Really clean & helpful staff. 30 mins from Sierra Nevada ski resort. Cheap parking.

Hotel wouldn't provide any coffee for room (even though variety of tea & kettle available). Breakfast quite basic but in fairness only 5 euros. Not many bars/restaurants near to hotel.

Breakfast was basic but as it only cost 5 euros that was to be expected. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice, clean, comfortable room. Good location - about 1.5 hrs walk into the city itself or a short bus ride, bus stop is outside the hotel.
