The hostess, Desaray, who greeted us at check in texted us when we got to our room and a few other times just to make sure that we were fine. The breakfast was tasty. The room was big and felt clean.

The only negative is that our room, 311, had a really noisy shower floor (in the actual shower). It almost sounded like the sound when you pull a rubber suction mat off of the bottom of a tub. I'm not exactly sure how to fix the problem and it wasn't too bad for us, but I have a feeling that people down below wondered what the sound was. But I have a feeling that is a one off, we checked out of the hotel at 5:15 am and didn't see anyone to tell them, but otherwise the room was nice.

Everything was great the staff was amazing and even let us check in a little early since we arrived earlier than expected. The room was very clean and so was everything else. It was a great stay and there were a lot of great restaurants nearby.

The only thing I could complain about would be that the bed was a little too soft for my taste but that is about it

Unlike so many hotel chains with bean-counter management at corporate, this Homewood by Hilton does not skimp on staff. There are always an adequate number, and all are highly motivated to help. This place reminds me more of the Hotel America in SLC than it does comparably priced Marriott, La Quinta, Holiday Inn, etc., but this Homewood only charged me 1/7 of what is the standard rate at the HA in SLC.

Price hike in anticipation of major event in town.

The amenities are great. While small, the fitness room has every type of equipment you could need for a workout on the road. The breakfast is extensive and more than a good value. We like the layout of the rooms. It was very comfortable.

Our room is on the bottom floor, and right outside. The window was one of the spotlights there was aimed toward the building. No matter if we fully closed the drapes it’s still made for light bleeding through.

Check-in was easy, and the added security features to the entrances made me feel very safe. The proximity of the hotel to restaurants, gas stations, and convenience stores is perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, stocked with all the amenities we needed.

Breakfast was great but could benefit from having more foods to choose from. Sometimes we were woken up by the sound of the ice machine in the freezer running throughout the night, even though we had it turned off.

Loved the room. Bed was comfy, but not the pillows.

There was an oddly insane amount of crickets in the parking lot and you couldn’t avoid them while walking to and from your car at night. It’s not in the most convenient area, but it’s still in an area away from hustle and bustle.

Loved the greeting of the staff, cleanliness, inside swimming pool and the setup of the room!

The king size bed in the room was a little uncomfortable but okay. It was just a mattress on a wooden slab and not a box spring. It could have been thicker if there wasn’t going to be that box spring under it.

Spacious room to share with a good place to unwind after a long day at work. Nice layout. Close to restaurants too

A little further away from our event we worked which added a lot of expenses because of the toll roads

The size of our room was wonderfully large, lots of storage and vanity space, nice and cool and clean. Loved everything about the room. It was very quiet as well.

The pillows were the worst we ever encountered, way too lumpy and sunk all the way in, and the bed was a bit hard with the hardwood board underneath.

My husband and two boys all enjoyed our stay! The pool and hot tub were a big hit!! The breakfast was delicious! And the pull out bed was plenty big and comfortable for our boys, 11 and 8.

My side of the king bed wasn't super comfortable, unfortunately. But it wasn't too bad. Everyone else seemed to sleep great.
