When we travel to Bangkok we often choose De Prime as our destination as we have a great experience with this accommodation. The hotel is pretty well located and it is worth the price. If you travel from the Suvarnabhumi Airport, you can simply use the direct train, get off at Ratchaprarop station and walk the remaining distance (approximately 600 m). The stuff is amazing and helpful and they are always there for you if you need something. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of options and there are several local places where you can eat if you do a few steps outside. The rooftop swimming pool is a hidden gem and so is the park across the street (good for runners or for a walk).

In the past we used to have really good rooms separated from others but unfortunately this time we had a room that shared walls with other and you could hear literally everything.

Location was very good, staff were helpful and friendly.

Bed was extremely hard the pillows smelled like they weren’t washed/cleaned recently if ever. You could smell where previous guests had perspired on them. However this is typical of many hotels. I am currently in Parasol hotel in Laos and the pillows don’t stink

Hotel was okay overall—staff were great and check-in was smooth. Welcome drink was nice, and rooms were a good size. Convenient location near two train lines, including the airport line, and close to the Duty Free Mall King Power. Walking distance to two malls, plenty of street food, a small Lotus for basics, and 6L water at 7-Eleven for 40 baht.

Restroom had a slight smell, beds were hard, rooftop pool was smaller than expected, breakfast was repetitive with too much chicken breast, egg station quality was inconsistent due to daily chef changes, and the lobby on every floor was not air-conditioned.

Everything was perfect! The welcome to the room was amazing, with a warm atmosphere and great attention to detail. The staff is extremely friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The air conditioning works excellently, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the stay. Also, the cleanliness is impeccable, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience!

The only slight drawback is that the location is a bit far from the tourist attractions, but the excellent services and comfort make up for it.

I had the pleasure of spending a few days at the hotel and I must admit that it was a great experience! The staff was extremely polite and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious, with a large selection of fresh products. The location of the hotel was perfect - close to tourist attractions, which made sightseeing easy. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation and high quality services!

The hotel have own television, an there is no possible to turn on Netflix/Prime etc. It would be nice to invest to eg. Chrome cast or something similar, or provide the ability to use the full functionality of the TV.

Nice modern hotel with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay ! Good points : -> Room was clean, modern and had all the basic features you need for a nice stay - only thing missing was a wardrobe. Comfortable bed, satellite TV, coffee station, Aircon, big walk in shower. - Breakfast was complementary and good -4 out of 5. Good selection of everything including fresh fruit, omelettes, fresh coffee, , Thai dishes, ect. -> hotel is very central to shopping malls and convenience stores, very nice street and atmosphere. Just 100m away from King Power shopping mall that has an amazing food court

No complaints at all besides no wardrobe in the room. Otherwise a pleasant stay. In terms of worldwide standards this is a 3* hotel not 4*, but other than that it was good value for money.

We had a pleasant 12-day stay. The hotel staff, including security, reception, waiters, and room cleaners, were all very professional and friendly, which made our stay enjoyable. The food was good and met our expectations. One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location—everything is nearby, including shopping malls, street food markets, and bus stops, making it easy to explore the area. However, there was a slight issue with a smell coming from the toilet, which could be improved. Overall, it was a good experience, and we appreciate the service provided

Very nice room, spacious, always clean and all the accessories, coffee, water were refilled everyday. It was quiet, we didn't hear the noise from the street. AC was working fine, but it's loud. Stuff was always very polite. We liked a hotel restaurant, breakfasts were ok - not a lot of variety, but good quality, we never had any belly issues (we are Europeans). The swimming pool on the roof was nice, we could eat there and have drinks (also good!). There is a very nice cafè in front of the hotel ("the other cafe").

Bed was a bit too hard for us and the toilet was getting stuck every day so every day we had to call the stuff to unblock it. AC was noisy.

Staff was really nice, also the security guard who was there in the morning would always help us with holding the taxi for us. The staff was just always there to help. Room was clean and big. Nice shower and bathroom. The breakfast was fine. Its close to some shopping malls (30 min. Walking). Wifi was good also. Great airconditioning. Pool had wide opening times and had a lovely view.
