Loacation is fantastic and view from beachfront hut is good. Property is having there private parking which can easily accomodate 7-8 vehicle. Staff is very supportive and responsive.

Door Locks are not installed proper and we are strugling with lock door. Beach Front resturent is much need for the customer staying in Garden Hut. Outside the property there is no open water shower which i thought very essential whenever we are coming from sea bath it will be very helpful.

Absolutely love the location of the seafront beach hut it was amazing. The view from terrace was incredible, great spacious room as well. Very very quirky. food was also very good at the restaurant and very very reasonably priced. Staff excellent very very friendly especially one particular lad in the restaurant who is amazing , everyone needs to experience this place

To be honest, there wasn’t anything. I didn’t like all very very good.

Location is very good. Cottage was excellent . Food was very tasty. Shelf was polite. Pratham coordinated very well. He was quite cooperative. It was memorable stay. I recommend this hotel for everyone .

Hotel shall put small stool in the bathroom for Indian bath. Number of shelf shall be increased to serve faster. They shall provide candle light dinner on the beach

The staff was really nice and helpful. We loved the seafood prepared by them. The stay was really great thanks to the staff.

The property location is really good, parking space is there, nearby stores and all for goan goodies. We just loved the pomfret fish served by them. Well maintained and clean.

I liked the location, the property is right on the beach. We had a garden view cottage under the shade of tall coconut trees, which I really liked compared to the beach facing cottages. The staff in the reception and the cleaning staff, everyone was very helpful from handling small issues to arranging cars for us. The food in the restaurant is good, the service was quick. We visited in the christmas eve and the following day, but it was very peaceful, exactly how I wanted it.

I only expected that there will be a small party on the christmas eve, but may be due to less occupancy, there were no such arrangements. There are a number of nearby restaurants though where we enjoyed the Christmas eve with live music.

Awesome hospitality. Manager and all staffs are very approachable.

Distance from north airport. May be an addition of breakfast with stay would have added to the charm.

Everything from staff food location service value for money

Washrooms need renovation, Power cut often, Water issues at times. Need news channels in English Hindi on TV at restaurant important.

Must visit worth every penny. Booked this room after watching the review and it was worth every penny. This was my first visit to Goa with my wife and we enjoyed the view. Must visit South goa and this hotel if you want quality time ( away from crowd ) with your loved ones.

The place is well managed. The rooms are very cleanly and neatly maintained. Since it is beach cottage, they ensure we don't enter with sand clad feet in to the room, Water is kept out to wash your feet before you enter ( Nice thought and effort). It has a small kitchen with minimum options and not a restaurant kind. But the food is very tasty and good.

Road to the place is bit narrow,, becomes a challenge when localities are moving lot ..
