The location was perfect! We enjoyed the small pool since I have small children. We loved all of the space in the room. I have a child with allergies so we always have to find a place with a kitchen and this was great.

The kitchen was quite dirty. There were dead bugs on the floor next to the oven. The beds were uncomfortable. I didn’t like that the room door had a space under it so I put a towel on the bottom to cover the gap. We found some trash from a previous occupant in one of the rooms under the desk and in the other room someone put a sticker on the fire alarm. Also the tub didn’t hold water which made it a challenge with small children needing to take baths.

The breakfast was a nice spread with the waffle-maker being super popular. Additionally, the size of the room felt like a mini-apartment and the water pressure of the shower was the BEST we ever had. Lastly, and most importantly, it was close to the American Dream complex.

The bed, sofa and pillows were tolerable but not as comfortable as would be expected. Additionally, our TV was set up on this cool rotating stand, but the picture and color of the screen was slightly blue-ish and didn't have premium channels (although they provided options to connect to streaming services, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Youtube, etc.)

The rooms and facility were very clean, which I really appreciated. The bed was very comfy and there was plenty of room. The cabinets in my room were showing some wear, and it looked like there had been a big chemical spill at the bottom of the bathroom cabinet that warped it. Overall, it had a nice room

I asked for a late check out and was asked if I was a Marriot Bonvoy member to which I said yes and gave my number. I was then told that I am "just a member" so it would cost $50 extra. I guess being a Bonvoy member isn't good enough. I was annoyed.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with 4 kids for a week. The rooms were spacious and gave us all enough space that we weren't on top of one another. The room was clean and the set up was beyond what I expected. The staff were all wonderful and attentive. I had added an extra day to my stay and they explained what I needed to do when one booking ended and the other picked up. The hotel had a pool and complimentary breakfast which was really nice. The location is perfect, we visited the beach which was only an hour away and the American dream mall which was 6 minutes away. The hotel is also only a 20 ish minute drive to NYC.

The pillows were too soft. I needed like 4 of them to feel like I was using one.

The hotel was extremely clean and modern. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great with many options. The pool & hot tub were clean and relaxing; when we went to the pool area, there were only 3 other people in there. The hotel room itself was clean, comfortable, and had a nice kitchenette area with full-sized fridge, cook top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, etc. There is a bus stop right across the street where you can get on a bus to take you right into Times Square (The Port Authority bus/subway terminal), and the clerk at the front desk gave us the bus schedule upon check-in. Absolutely perfect!

There is nothing I didn't like. Would definitely stay again!

The check in and check out was simple. The breakfast was good with good variety, even for my picky toddler. My husband enjoyed the fitness area and we really liked the pool and whirlpool jacuzzi. It was very clean and we wanted to make them aware one of the closet doors was off the hinges and they sent someone up immediately to fix it. The hotel was also so close to the American dream mall which is why we were there to celebrate our sons 3rd birthday. Will definitely stay here next time we come back for the mall!

I didn't bother with the breakfast so I can't comment on that other than it was great that it was included. It was SO close to Metlife stadium. So convenient to concert there. I didn't know how to operate the TV or coffee maker. They had an employee who comes to your room to show you how to operate things. The gentleman at the front desk was stellar!! Went outside with me to show me where I could take my dog to go potty. My GPS battery ran out on the way home from the concert and I was lost. He drove to where I was and allowed me to follow him back to the hotel. Now THAT is customer service!!!!!! I will definitely stay there again should I go to another event at Metlife.

There were a few ants in the kitchen but this time of year it's hard to keep them completely out. I had a few tiny ants at home in my kitchen too and it took a while for the ant traps to kick in. There was a spot of dirt on the kitchen floor beside the refrigerator that I cleaned up.

The location was absolutely perfect. It was 6 minutes away from American Dream Mall which was where we booked all of our activities so that was great. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. Housekeeping did a fantastic job as well. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options. Everything was well maintained and clean as well.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable and we could feel the metal springs. We did request extra blankets and they provided us that and I used it to cover the mattress more.

You can walk to the stadium through the Casino parking (google map it first, as there are places you cannot walk like the highway). For our event, the hotel charged 25USD for shuttle there and back, but we walked anyway.

4 nights and no room clean, although we asked 3 times. Not the end of the world, but we had to ask for towels, sheets blankets...

Check-in was a breeze. The location was a perfect distance from the attractions. Dining room was nice and clean. I enjoyed the fact that the fitness center was 24hrs.

It would have been nice if breakfast was a little longer and maybe a couple more items added to the menu. Hopefully you can add a couple of 3 bedroom suites. Also adding a free shuttle bus to and from America's Dream Mall would be a lovely perk.
