Had a really great vacation here! Apartment was clean and had everything you could need, comfortable beds, even a coffe machine with free coffee pods! Also, so cool to visit the relaxing room with sauna and jaccuzzi after a long hiking day, have in mind it should be booked in advance at the reception, one evening we didn’t get to enjoy it because it was already taken. No big deal though, because there is a heated pool outside, not big, but still fun. There is a laundry room, a children playroom. Also, the rooms are reachable with the elevator, everything is accessible with a stroller/wheelchair. The receptionist is worth mentioning - she was the sweetest person, really helpfull and always nice to us:)

We were really pleased with the accommodation. It was spacious with high standard furniture, good towels, great bathroom and good on-site facilities like the spa. We didn't use any of the kitchen appliances etc but there were all the crockery, cutlery, utensils etc you would need to stay self-catering. The hotel staff were excellent with arrival comms via Whatsapp which made our 8pm arrival smooth and stress free. The location was excellent, all walking distance into the centre of Zakopane where there were plenty of great bars, restaurants and shops. Would thoroughly recommend.

The main bed was small in comparison to the size of the spacious room (two singles pushed together) and we didn't like the two single duvets on this bed. The sofa bed was also not too comfortable but okay for a couple of nights sleep. It would be great if there was a small vending machine for a bottle of water etc.

Very nice appartement, good beds and pillows, good sleep quality (very quiet in building B). Kitchenette has everything you need. We made breakfast in our apartment by ourselves, however it was possible to pre order breakfast. Nice pool. Nice spa area where you can relax privately with your family/friends (pre booking is needed). Convinient parking in garage. The main walking street (Krupowki) with all the shops and restaurants is just within 5 min walking distance. The two girls that we met at the reception were very helpful and kind - first one came to greet us in the garage and gave us instructions how to get into our apartment. The other girl gave us good advice/suggestion regarding hiking in the mountains. Everything was just perfect! Would definitely choose the same accomodation next time!

This hotel is fantastic and has all the facilities you need and it's spotlessly clean. The sauna and hot tub room are very nice also. The location is spot on . We would definitely stay here again. The family room was an added bonus, equipped with a PlayStation 5 for the bigger kids.

The outdoor swimming pool could have been slightly warmer, the beds a bit more comfy, and the lady on reception a bit more smiley would have made for a 10/10 stay .. with that said , we will be back .

This is a very nice apartment hotel with excellent facilities. The spa and common areas are a fantastic bonus, and the underground parking garage has an electrical outlet, perfect for charging my car.

Daily cleaning isn't part of the package, which is something to keep in mind. Also, we felt the receptionist could have been more welcoming and helpful with our questions. Perhaps some additional training in customer service could be beneficial.

The property was a pleasure to Stay in Zakopane . The facilities and rooms match all what is shown in pictures. The receptionists are much friendly and competent . The property is much clean and the Housekeeping Team Miss Maria,Gosia and Madzia are doing a great Job :) thank you . By traveling with a 3 years old Daughter is sometimes not easy to find a property matching all wishes for a stay over but that one overtrump all and we booked a Day more .Lipowy Dwòr is located near the city center to Krupòwki about 8 min walk . Nearby is a big Park with a playground. The property got as well a Beautiful Play Room with well chosen Toys for our small loved ones :) Also the Spa and Wellness area with Sauna and Whirlpool is awesome. We would highly recommend that property over and over again Thank You Lipowy Dwòr Team !

Clean, modern and excellent location, gurage parking

Poor wifi, entrance to grauge is too small for big cars. Also it does not have good view. We reserved an apartment wit mountain view and we were given a ground floor apartment showwing facing a garden an houses and when you stand up you see a small portion of the mountain above the nibouriging buildings. This also aplies to mosr of the complex aparents. In the complex only four out of the 28 apartments have nice view of the mountain, where the others either the are facing buldings or they have a very small view of the mountin.

The location is very nice, abt 5 minutes of walking till the main street. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for staying with family. The sauna, dzhakuzi and outside pool was also great.

The temperature of the apartment was too hot, but we asked to reduce it and finally all was ok.

Location is in a 5 min walk to the central street. Staff was really helpfull and welcoming. It is possible to order breakfast from local cafe for additional fee. Kitchen equiped with all needed for cooking. Very nice playroom for children. Possible to use sauna and bubble bath, also heated outdoor pool is available. Free underground parking. Everything (not just appartment, but all common areas) really clean. This definitely is place I would love to come back to!

Great location and really well presented apartment. Jacuzzi and swimming pool was a great asset. Great to have robes in the apartment. Loved the decks around the apartment and the deckchairs. Good tea and coffee making facilities too.

If I am being really picky it would have been nice to have one extra comfy chair in the living area
