Great, beautifully decorated boutique riad in the Medina close to the square approx 5 minute walk so a fab location yet in a quiet lane away from the busyness of the souk - a quiet sanctuary. We had the Warda room which came with a private balcony overlooking the court yard.. The staff at the Riad were AMAZING - super friendly and helpful. Redouan the manager was super helpful- coming to the rescue when we ran late for our booked time slot for Jardin Majorelle - and booking us a private excursion to Ben Ait Addou. Thank you again for the wonderful service.! We booked in for the orient package in the spa which involved hammam and an hour massage ( we asked fir the tonic which was firm) - highly recommend. Dinner was fab - dined in the riad twice - once on arrival at the riad and our last night . Love the orange/ dried fruit chicken tagine ! Reasonably priced 3 course dinner and the breakfast which was included in the price was very generous and different each day . Loved it here - highly recommend!

Twin Beds were a tad on the harder side . I like hard mattress but some may find it too hard. Small detail - My only reco would be to have an independent light switch for the light for each side of the bed instead of it being just one so in our case both lights are either on or off.

Everything was fabulous throughout our stay. The property is beautiful, hiding just a few minutes walk away from the hustle & bustle of the busy square, it provides a much needed relaxing oasis. The staff are extremely attentive, without being intrusive, nothing is too much trouble. Said was great team leader, himself, Nicer & Mohamed literally couldn’t do enough for us. The riad is quirky in design, there’s lots of nooks & cranies, the roof terrace provides a place for the sun worshipers to enjoy, a shower & cold jacuzzi is available up there along with a bar to enjoy refreshing cold drinks, on the ground floor was the main swimming pool & hamam/beauty spa, with sunbeds situated in the shade to relax on, the lounge provides an area to just sit quietly & read a book in or enjoy some freshly prepared Moroccan tea, with another beautiful small pool/seating area to enjoy. It was my partners birthday during our stay & Nana organised a wonderful chocolate cake & they ever dressed our room beautifully, such a special treat & greatly appreciated. The manager Redouin has an exceptional team of staff, you can really see the camaraderie, they work like a little family & it’s so lovely to see. The hospitality we recieved really was like being welcomed into someone’s home. Thank you so much, we can’t recommend you enough.

Great location and walkable to most tourist attractions, especially Jemaa-el-Fna. Well priced, well maintained property that was very clean. The breakfast and dinner were plentiful and was tasty too. We also had massages which I would recommend. All the staff were exceptional. They couldn’t help you enough, especially our welcome from Said and throughout our stay Nazha and Mohammed were fantastic. I would 100% stay here again.

There’s very little not to like. For the money, I can’t see what more it could offer. If you had to be very critical then I would say maybe the pool areas could be slightly more private but I believe all Riads are designed this way. Also, potentially more shady areas to sit on the terrace, as we visited during a heatwave. But overall, it’s an amazing property and the staff made our stay very comfortable.

From the second we arrived to the last goodbye, the staff (Cheik, Said and Redouan) made us feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble and they couldn't have been more helpful if they tried! They ensured we had all the local knowledge on the map, booked restaurants for us, arranged transfers to the airport, organised an amazing Hammam experience within the Riad which was AMAZING. Breakfast was beautiful and we were able to choose where we'd like to have it each morning..the rooftop won every time! We will be recommending this place to everyone we know visiting Marrakech in the future!

My boyfriend and I recently had the most unforgettable stay at this beautiful riad, and we can’t recommend it enough! We were transported into an oasis of calm. It was so serene that we felt like we had the place to ourselves at times! The staff (Redouan (who we called Riadaddy), Said, Mohammad, and all the housekeeping staff) went above and beyond in every way, offering warm and genuine hospitality. They were attentive without being overbearing, always available to assist with anything we needed, whether it was arranging transport, spa treatments, making sure we were well fed and watered or simply offering local recommendations. Made us feel like proper guests rather than tourists. Breakfast was a feast that included tasty pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese and made-to-order omelettes. One of the mornings we had an early start and we were kindly given little food-to-go packages filled with everything you needed to start your day. So thoughtful and kind! One experience you need to do whilst in Marrakech is a traditional hammam & massage treatment and this was offered within the riad. It was a perfect mix of luxury and chill, with mint tea given at the end, with the opportunity to dip in the pool after or relax throughout different spots in the riad. Razia and team made us feel comfortable throughout. The location was also perfect, nestled in the medina, it was so to all the major attractions. After a busy day of exploring, returning to the riad felt like stepping into a peaceful haven. We would recommend staying here to anyone looking for an authentic, relaxing, and truly special experience!

Stepping through the wooden door from the alleyways of Marrakech’s ancient Medina, I was instantly transported into a world of tranquility at Riad Jardin Des Sens & Spa. This hidden gem exemplifies everything a traditional Moroccan riad should be, while seamlessly incorporating modern comforts that today’s discerning travelers expect. From the moment of booking, the level of personal attention was remarkable. The riad manager, Redouan, reached out offering a range of services and excursions. We were welcomed with traditional mint tea and Moroccan pastries. The staff anticipated our needs before we even expressed them and personalized recommendations for exploring the Medina were offered daily. What sets this riad apart is how the staff strike that perfect balance between attentiveness and respecting privacy. Their genuine warmth made us feel less like guests and more like welcomed friends returning home. The riad’s spa services centered around their traditional hammam were nothing short of transformative. The spa area creates an atmosphere of profound relaxation with its domed ceiling and soft lighting. I opted for the signature hammam ritual, beginning with a steam session followed by a revitalizing black soap exfoliation with a kessa glove. The argan oil massage that followed targeted tension points perfectly. The therapist explained each step of the centuries-old ritual while adapting techniques to my preferences. The spa menu impressively blends traditional Moroccan wellness practices with contemporary techniques. Their orange blossom facial using locally-sourced products left my skin glowing for days. The Riad manages to embody the magical essence of Marrakech while providing a peaceful sanctuary from the sensory intensity of the Medina. What could have been just a pleasant stay was elevated to an unforgettable experience through the combination of authentic design, genuinely caring staff, and world-class hammam services.

The staff were wonderful, very welcoming, kind and helpful. The manager took the time to show us a map of local attractions and useful recommendations. The hardworking staff were always on hand to offer assistance or a drink. The room was very clean and fresh water and fruit was provided daily - the housekeeping manager also introduced herself and regularly checked in. Breakfast was provided and was generous with a range of local pastries, fruit, toast, yoghurt, and eggs cooked on request. We ordered dinner in night and this was equally generous and delicious. The Riad was gorgeous, true to the pictures, close to the mainn square and souks but an oasis away from the hustle and bustle outside. Three pools to choose from to cool down, the interior courtyards were cool and quiet, while the roof terrace was a great spot to enjoy some sun. The rooms were well appointed with good air conditioning.

Well located, comfortable, clean, excellent breakfast, but the best about it is the staff. Sophie and Samuel are friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We had a great time there and wish we could return. Additionally, the spa service was fantastic. Why didn't I give a top rating to the facilities? Perhaps because I was coming from Fes, where I stayed at a very old Riad that is a national treasure, in some ways it is an unfair comparison. Within Marrakesh this is a top place, I highly recommend it.

Our only disappointment was that we could not stay longer to savour what this beautiful Riad had to offer, exceptional care by Said and his team in this exquisite building. I would love to return to enjoy a Hamaan bath and Spa- other guests reported that it was fantastic. Breakfast was super, lots of choices and served in a beautiful rooftop setting. Location was good for visiting the many attractions of Marrakesh. Said sent us off with maps, routes, and a great app for getting around off- line. A wonderful calm and serene place to catch a break from the craziness of Marrakesh .

The Riad was an oasis of calm and serenity. The decor was just beautiful, creating a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive throughout our stay and could not do enough to ensure that we were comfortable and our needs met.

There is nothing we did not like. If there was one thing I would mention , it would be that the restaurant was extremely warm in the evening , even with the air conditioner. Other than that , we found the Riad perfect.
