I liked the location. It was near many restaurants, easy to access, quiet. Had it been summer, there were grills and tables outdoors. The desk, bed, counters, bath, fridge, microwave were all very clean. When I was leaving, a young chap saw me with my dog, bags, crate, etc. and he hurried down the hall to carry everything out and put it in my car. He did not wait around for a tip, either. The cleaning people were very nice, smiling and we communicated well.

The rooms are small and with two queen beds, a fridge, microwave, desk, I didn't have much room to set up my dog cage. (Big dog). Upon entering the room, my hands were full of blankets, for the dog and my water. Upon setting things down, I accidentally spilled my water. I had nothing but a bath towel to wipe it up and I must say, the towel was VERY dirty from the floor. My dog had to make a potty break at 5:00 A.M. and there was a chap who was mopping the hall floors at that hour, so the hall floors were cleaner than the room floors.

The coffee was good. I was grateful that there was decaf available 24/7. I opened my day with a cup of decaf and I closed my day with a cup of decaf. Also, the room was very clean. That has been highlighted to me after staying in another hotel afterwards and finding it unclean. I was very grateful that an economical price at Red Roof Inn did not mean I was shortchanged on cleanliness.

Nothing that I can think of.

Very comfortable bed; always fresh coffee in the lobby; very clean; truly a road traveler's respite with mini fridge, hairdryer on request, microwave, TV, basic toiletries; well-stocked vending machines; ice machine. Only shortcoming for some might be no elevator. Would stay here again.

I know this cannot be helped, but the location was the only thing I did not like. I had a hard time finding it at first. It seems a little hidden

Good location, always enough fresh hot coffee, great hot steamy showers, and comfy beds.

Would like milk or real 1/2 and 1/2 for coffee...we don't like the chemicals and my husband takes milk in his hot tea.

Staff were amazing, really friendly and welcoming. It was my first time staying at a Red Roof in, I was pleasantly surprised. Having toured the US by car with our dog, the dog friendly policy here was amazing and will be seeking out Red Roof the next time I travel.

A nice room like this is 300 a night easily in Columbus Ohio where I'm from. That was my favorite thing!

Slow WiFi, needs an upgrade. My room was very clean but the floors were a bit dusty, I could feel it walking around barefoot. Other than that I have no complaints.

The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioner worked really well. The location was nice.

Our bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. There were hairs everywhere. Traveling with children and not having a breakfast option was hard.

Great location, comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom. When checking other hotels in the area, Red Roof is the Best Buy for the money.

We had trouble with the remote on the TV which would have been a bigger problem if my husband would have been there😜

I liked how close it was to my armory for drill training. I’m in the National Guard and traveling to Greensburg is an hour drive for me. Finding a hotel so close to the armory was amazing.
