The food at the restaurant was very good, and very good variety for breakfast. Coffee maker with excellent choices, free filtered water, free coca leaves and tea! Very good service! All staff very helpful especially the guy that was on night shift, for couple of times he ran an extra mile to be of help, he reminded me there is coffee in the restaurant before leaving for the geysers at 4 AM!! I'm impressed!

Not enough accessible power outlets by the bed. Not clear enough English instructions to set up the safe.

Comfortable, quiet and clean. The food and the pool are great, also the staff is nice and always available.

We liked everything. We only suggest that breakfast could be earlier.

There is to much to say. The property is an oasis in the desert. You drive down a dusty road with lots of high walled properties and you think hmmmm where am I, then you walk up the stairs in the NOI Casa, and your like WOW. It’s an oasis, the staff are so friendly and helpful. your room is designed to fit the area and culture. The facilities are so quaint and inspired by the local area. I’d highly recommend a stay at NOI Casa.

I loved everything about the property.

The warm welcome, no hassle early check in (especially welcome after a long haul flight), beautiful room, great breakfast and complementary soft drinks from 4 in the courtyard garden.

The location was great, the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help us. Everything about this property is more than expected.

There was some water damage of the bottom of the bathroom door

The atmosphere of the hotel was very calm and relaxing. The room was great and the team working in the hotel was amazing.

The breakfast service was tricky. They didn't have enough people to keep the food flowing, clear up dirty dishes etc.

I didn't get to try breakfast in the hotel due to early tours but they did provide a breakfast pack to take on tours

We loved the helpful staff from front counter to restaurant! Excellent service! Also it is in the desert and outside the hotel seems not so good, but when you go inside to lobby and your room it is so amazing!! We loved this hotel!!

During summer accomodations can be little bit hot to sleep and there is no AC
