Good location, close to the city centre. The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delivered to the door, it was good but basic and you get coffe capsules to make yourself a coffee - the coffee machine is in the hallway just outside the room. The property has a private parking.

When we came into the room, the aircondition was set to 18 degrees and it felt like a refrigerator. It was a chilly evening outside, and despite turning off the AC, the room didn't get any warmer, so we had to turn on the electric heater in the bathroom to warm up the room a bit but it was still very cold in the room. Also the guests above us were very loud.

Located on the edge of the historic centre, ten minutes from the present location of the bus station, quiet residential area. Access codes released by email on morning of day of arrival. Looked like the photographs. Clean. Daily cleaning took place most days. Wifi, kettle, fridge, hot water worked.

Kitchenette (also had hotplate and microwave) was quite cramped and awkward to use. I could have done with cafetière or coffee filter, bread knife, chopping board, scissors. If you are planning proper cooking you might wish to check what is provided by way of kit and consumables. No safe. Desk area had no light. Maximum temperature of heating was fixed and it could only be turned on for an hour at a time, so on the coldest days it did not get that warm. However there was a heated towel rail in the shower room.

The price was nice and it was clean. The neightbourhood is lovely. There is an orange tree right next to our window and I could pick up oranges in my room with a little effort. Of course one could go to yard to pick up oranges, too.

It was a bit cold at night. I turned on the AC but it seemed to be timed (for 2 hours or so), because I noticed later that it turned off itself. The capsure coffee machine in the corridor was a bit confusing. I pressed the button for a small cup but it flew too much water and made a mess.

All communication was handled perfectly, especially considering it was a self check-in — everything was clear and seamless. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was lovely. Overall, we had an excellent stay!

Personally, and this is just a small detail, there was quite a strong scent of air freshener in the room when we checked in. It wasn’t the most sleep-friendly atmosphere, but of course, that’s just a personal preference.

The guesthouse is close to the bus station and provides very clean well appointed accommodation

I arrived early in the hope of leaving my backpack before going on to Bathala Monastery. Much of my morning was wasted because there is no reception and access is by code at checkin time in the middle of the afternoon. Okay if driving but not okay if using public transport the only bus returning from the monastery got back at 8.30pm giving me a very brief time to enjoy this accommodation. Early contact from the hotel was also all in Portuguese which I could not read. Not a good start but once I was able to enter my room was terrific and the cleaners were very helpful the day before.

The room was large, sunny and had everything we need. The bed was comfortable. Great shower, and clean and large bathroom. Brilliant location in the city centre, whilst being quiet. We communicated with the staff via WhatsApp, which worked well. We'll stay there again!

Our stay was excellent and we will stay there again, but one thing that it would have made it even better is for the air con not to turn off on in the middle of the night, as, without it, the room cooled down quickly. There was a minor hiccup with the lights and sockets going off one night, but it was sorted the next morning.

Needs extractor fan in bathroom. I left something in the room by accident. The person with whom one communicates on what's app, said they would post it to me. I offered to pay postage if necessary. However, 2 months later they have not posted it. Just a bit disappointed. Otherwise it would have been a 10. I loved the town very much

What a find. The apartment is beautifully done and has everything for your stay. Check in was easy and we were kept informed from the moment of booking. Breakfast was amazing to say it was a breakfast in a bag. It was promptly delivered to the door at 7.30 am. Everything was fresh and tasty. Parking was excellent and secure.

Very quiet! Very confy! Quiet place and not too far from the city centre.

I loved the stay, but just in order to be back here, I would make a few comments: Blanket in the wardrobe didn’t smell like cleaned and wasn’t closed in a bag. I’m allergic to dust. The duvet was too thin. I was cold all night. Pillows weren’t cleaned ( the covers were), I believe, and the extra pillows kept in the wardrobe should be cleaned and closed in bags.

The property was very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. Has a tiny kitchen, nice wardrobe to place your clothes and belongings, and private free parking slot. The location is great, walking distance to Leiria city attractions. The communication with the manager is the best possible, very easy! Thank you so much for having us!
