The cleanliness of the room and the lobby. The greetings from the security guards at the hotel entrance. The teamwork among the hotelier. The customer service from the concierge to the luggage counter. There was a great improvement in the variety of breakfast buffet.

Although the room is clean, hopefully, the hotel is able to do slight maintenance of the bathroom, for example, the toilet sliding door and the corner that places the hangars are too high for Asian height.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The staff are friendly, from check-in reception staff, to the housekeeping staff, to the restaurant breakfast staff. All have served us with a smile.

Only I would like to feedback, if possible, for the water kettles in the rooms to be cleaned and dried before each new guest checks-in. Because if there is water leftover from previous guest's stay, and the kettles are unused for a number of days (some guests may not use the kettle when they stay), then the bottoms and insides of the kettles may get a bit mouldy or rusty. As I need to boil hot water to make milk for my 7-month old baby, having a clean kettle to boil water is important for me. Thank you for everything else. =)

Location is Perfect : between 2 shopping mall and have big food court A2 nearby and a lot of food and massage surrounding Room is great : clean and tidy. Breakfast is great, many variety. it would be great if have some european style

Bath room is great. I stay there 4 days. at last day, there is no hot water for shower, I open the water wait about 15 min still no hot water. the next morning I wake up in the morning and want to take shower. also no hot water.

Room was clean and facilities were adequate and functioning well. Water pressure was good. Kudos to the 3 ladies at the reception. Despite being pressured by many guests on the readiness of the rooms during check in( due to some delays with housekeeping), they never failed to continue serving with a smile. There were also some cold refreshments at the lobby for guests waiting to check in which was appreciated. Cable tv programme selection was good thou the connectivity seems to be unstable/laggy at times

Almost nothing other than the connectivity on the cable tv (program gor disconnected during the live telecast of a sports event during the last mins of the game which was a little annoying but otherwise it was all pretty good.

The location is perfect- walking distance to shopping malls and there’s a lot of local eateries around.

During my second day, I requested for my room to be cleaned and the coffee amenities to be replenished. Unfortunately, when I returned, the room was still untouched and nothing was restocked. It was quite disappointing, especially after a long day. I hope this can be improved for future guests.

Bed was super comfy, air conditioning was good. Staff were v polite and helpful. Most imp its quiet at night when resting.

There is no hot water esp at night when its so cold.. Told the staff at least 3 times but still wasn’t solved.

Strategic location for shopping

Checked in at the reception and he told us to move on to the makeshift tables on the side to collect the room keys however the staff asked if we’ve registered. It could have been better if they communicated the flow of guests checking in. Also, tried calling housekeeping on both nights but nobody picked up

The rooms were clean, beds were plush, the value for money is apparent. It's also a very short walk away from Grand Batam and Batam City Square which we really appreciated. The foods and little shophouses nearby seem primarily chinese, was a little harder in the day to find authentic Indonesian food but at night the roadside stalls start their businesses so we got some great food to eat. There were a few massage parlours nearby to choose from as well, we managed to get our checklist fulfilled in a three day stay, shopping, food and massage. Taking a Grab from Batam centre ferry terminal was also around 40k going there and 50k coming back FYI.

There were a couple of grease spots on the counters in the hotel which were avoidable but still a little icky, breakfast was so-so but filling and one of the pillows provided seemed a little dirty so we put that aside. Also please remember to bring an umbrella in case of rainy weather, we got stuck when it rained so heavily and couldn't walk to BCS(our bad) but we gave up and eventually Grabbed over, which was around 11k.

Breakfast was passable . Could improve with better and more variety . Generally , food was more salty and oily than usual. There were more "adults" and few children , so most guests would prefer less sodium in the food .

Service staff reported for duty after 7am and plates were piled up on tables .

The check in process was very much improved. 2 room cards were available instead of 1 for the previous trip. An additional free gift set was available and it was superb. Can see that the . management put in a lot of effort to improve the service. Will definitely come back in December.
