Initially I was not happy with the room I had booked and when I voiced this to the host he was extremely accommodating and changed my room for a much better en-suite room in a different location. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, clean and well maintained.

Easy to sort out. The accommodation was clean and practical. Great value. Will definitely use this accommodation again if I need to return to Stoke.

There were no forks in the kitchen!

It was a nice size room, plus I was called and texted with information to help me during my stay. Someone also called me to let me know that I left my phone charger in my room.

Found it a little hard to lock and unlock my door at times, but it was okay otherwise. Someone did come to me however to help me unlock it.

For the money, this is a good place to stay. Yes, the walls are thinner than Thinima Shortbread's thinly sliced turkey ham sandwiches and the location feels a bit iffy (opposite a load of condemned flats), but it is very clean, comfortable and conveniently located for Hanley and its environs.

TVs on walls are easily heard in other rooms. Also - the shop opens early with a noise reminiscent of a 21 gun salute.

A sleak modern look. The room had a double bed which is handy for tall people.

I feel like the price was a bit expensive. The bathroom wasn’t as modern as the rest of the property.

Me and my partner have enjoyed stay very much, communication with staff was easy and helpful, reccomand the place.

Everywhere was very clean and fresh. We booked as we were seeing a band at The Victoria Hall and it was in very short walking distance away.

I like the location was so handy it was right next too the town centre and the shop next door
