The hotel was very Nice, the Room absolutely beautiful we had the corner premium king room, amazing views and very large room. Breakfast was good. What made our trip was Gary from PR he was absolutely lovely, extremely helpful, we ran into a few incidents ( late room service & not perfect cleaning) he immediately made sure everything was taken care of. Due to how much Gary cared for our well-being we will definitely be back. We also loved the Chinese restaurant and our waitress was so fun & nice. The restaurant was a million times better than Michelin star we went to earlier on our stay at Muni’s Alain Ducasse (which btw do NOT go to, terrible experience)

Beautifully designed hotel with a modern and luxurious take on traditional Japanese wood, lacquer and bonsai elements. Provides a quiet sanctuary in a busy city. Rooms were very well designed and comfortable. Staff were very professional and show care and concern. We were apparently scammed by a taxi taking us to the hotel from USJ that charged double the fare of another taxi that our family of five took (although both metres) at the same time. When we reported this to the staff for them to report to the authorities (we have the name of the taxi driver) they apologised for our experience even though it was not their fault and they offered the hotel car to provide complimentary use for us the next day to make up for this matter. They were very helpful in loading our luggages into a car as the space was quite tight. Would especially like to commend the staff at the entrance, including Yukari, and the manager in charge for their excellent service and hospitality. Keep up the great work!

Not as conveniently located to shopping areas, but not too bad as Umeda station and the malls there are about 15 minutes’ stroll away.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and my room was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The facilities, including the stunning pool and relaxing spa, were top-notch. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, showcasing local flavors. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making my experience truly memorable.

Conceirge really slow and not up to four seasons standard. New hotel so not much local staff. AC didn’t work and room not cleaned properly at turn down. Really slow at breakfast and cold food served at bar which was reheated. 50 dollars for a few sliders you expect it to be hot.

It was an amazing stay. The rooms are very comfortable and impeccably clean. The location is away from the tourist chaos. The service is outstanding, everything at Jardin restaurant is delicious and the view from their rooftop bar is unparalleled. If we visit Osaka again, this will definitely be the place we stay.

The all day restaurant food wasn't on par with the other restaurants or room service.

Great new hotel. Excellent staff. Incredible bar and pool. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Osaka, personally.

If you want to stay right at the tourist area of Dotunbori this is a significant walk away but personally I’d rather not stay there.

The front desk members and for sure the concierge staff as well especially a lady working there. Chefs as well in the breakfast area and room service were amazing special thanks to the whole team members.

Special thanks to concierge Kazuyoshi Matsubara for the great help. I would like to note the excellent work of the hotel staff in general. We have not seen such hospitality for a long time. We will definitely come back here again.
