Wow! Just wow! I needed a spot for a quick overnight on a long journey and booked an inexpensive room at a B&B in an optimal geographic location. I was simply amazed at how wonderful my short experience was and found myself wishing I could stay longer. The breakfast and freshly-prepared cappuccino were super! While there is little in the immediate vicinity (that I know of, at least) to draw tourists, this would be an lovely place to serve as a tourism base for further exploration by car. I think it must be its remote location that leads to the amazingly low price for accommodation, because everything else is about what you'd expect from a 4-5 star hotel!

There are no restaurants within safe walking distance. The closest one, "Non Solo Piadina" was a 600m un-safe wallk in the dark (the host warned me this would be an unsafe walk). And by the time I arrived they were, in fact "Solo Piadina". Plan on driving to any restaurant you might wish to go to, as walking on this road is very unsafe due to the traffic and non-existent shoulders/walking lanes.

Very friendly helpful professional hosts - meet our every need. We had a memorable stay in the renowned and historic Vill Archi. We would recommend this to anyone who are exploring the Foil, Faenza, and Ravenna area. The rooms were spacious and the bed very comfortable. Had an amazing breakfast served outside in a courtyard with beautiful surroundings. We so enjoyed the historic paintings in our room and the Historical connection of the Villa. We were exploring the sites of World War 2 around Foli and Faenza and the Senio River Stockbanks were my father fought for the New Zealand Army for the liberating of this region before being wounded at the Senio in 1944-45. We visited the WW2 Commonwealth Cemetery at Faenza which was very moving.

Nothing. The whole experience was amazing and will return. Our Host was very helpful on were to eat also. We would change nothing. Thank you for everything. It exceeded our expectations.

Nice place to stay and sleep. We used it only for one night on the trip to Puglia. Simple, but nice breakfast, it was really pleasent to have it in front of the vila in the garden. Owner speaks English and she is pleasant and useful.

I have two comments. The way to the vila is not direct on the map in Waze. But it was possible to return quickly. Thin walls of bathroom in the room.

Great friendly place to stay. Francesca was awesome, happily accommodated extra guests for breakfast, and showed us the WW2 history of the building, related to NZ soldiers which was special. She also made a great recommendation for dinner which we really enjoyed.

Nice and clean, warm and very good breakfast, comfortable bed.

Confusion with arrival time didn't help. Not enough electric sockets to plug everything in to charge is the only little thing we could could mention

A great place to stay and Francesca is a great host. Beautiful Villa with s lot of history and interesting stories. Perfect place to stay if you want to explore Faenza or Brisighella.

The apartment was located in a beautiful villa surrounded by a great garden. The host was exquisite and so was the breakfast included in the price

A fantastic property in a great location and easy to find. We had a lovely room, clean and with a comfortable bed. We had a lovely breakfast sitting outside in the sun. Francesca was lovely with good English and recommended a nice little restaurant not to far from the villa.

We were happy with everything.

Big garden, well received by the owner, breakfast, parking in the B&B, close to restaurants and some minutes drive to Faenza.
